We ordered today Krispy chicken but we received wheat flour and it’s too oily. It’s unhealthy food I will not recommend anymore. 🙏

I'll never buy in this place again, because everytime I buy from this place 3rd time the shoplifter machine made a sound and people were looking, you can pull up the CCTV video if I'm lying, it made me feel uneasy, I never experienced this in Lulu or Greenland, I'll make sure I'll not buy in this place anymore, if your machine is malfunctioning or the oic could be intentionally doing the sound, Its not the brand or company that's the problem it's the employee who let the machine behave like this, I'll just stick with Lulu, their staff and machines are well maintained, my purchasing power is nothing, but my 50 fills do count ..

The good thing in this mall was if you don't want to wait in the queue & you have the card to pay online you can use the service hassle free and quick to leave the market with your things.

I had the worst experience at the cashier section. While paying with cash, the staff behaved arrogantly and scolded us in their local language, which was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. If cash payments are not accepted, this should be clearly mentioned in advance instead of making customers feel uncomfortable. It appeared the staff were unwilling to provide change, which is not the customer’s fault. Overall, this experience left a very negative impression, and I will not be visiting this satwa branch again.

I want to commend you on your shop display, special offers, and fresh vegetable section, which are better than those at other supermarkets. However, I rated you a 3 due to some issues with customer service. For instance, the staff at the fish, hot food, and vegetable weighing sections often disregard the "first come, first served" principle, serving customers out of order. In the vegetable section, while there is a line, I've noticed that when someone cuts in, staff members allow it and simply smile, which is confusing. It might be beneficial to implement a queuing system in the fish area and strictly enforce the "first come, first served" policy in all sections. Additionally, there are no functioning price checkers available, which can be frustrating. Lastly, I would like to know why we cannot bring our empty shopping bags into the store, as it forces us to purchase bags for our items. Please address these issues, as they are becoming quite bothersome. Thank you.

Be careful guys Don't buy any electrical or elecitronic devices from them, they are scammer and sales faulty items as it's good condition. And they not follow the warranty or the sale contract when you back to them. Buy from carrefour as they have very good customer service and they return the items for cash . The worst part when I get back to them the manager Aness accused me that im lying while the sales contract said that I can return it with in one week as long as all the accessories there. They didn't inform me the phone is faulty and doesn't connect to 5G and 2G. Because they know no one will buy their phone if they inform us !! Professional scammer

Very Bed experience nesto hypermarket Satwa I buy one mobile, but mobile is not good. There is a loudspeaker problem. In warranty also they tell me we fix it after 20 days. Your mobile is coming after 20 days They give me my mobile but not fix same problem so I recommend you any electronic items you cannot buy Nesto hypermarket please don’t waste your money and your time And customer service is not good

Why flowers are dead on display 3 days now still same display of dead flowers on shelves and it’s not good for the eyes

Nesto hyper market always satisfied us. Because of lower price and good quality. Nesto hyper market in Satwa, Dubai is same same. Many many collection with low price. One of our favorite hyper market. Good good. Here we did not see food court as well as parking. Fresh fish, meat and vegitable and fruit are nice. Highly recommend.

العامل الهندي المختص في مكان السمك غير مؤذب و ما عنده اخلاق المهنة و كم مرة نجي عنده عشان ناخد السمك يقول مشغول و اليوم قاعد ينظف المكان و مخلي واحد بروحه يشتغل و نحنا ١٥ نفر واقفين يوم قلت له سوي ميزان حق السمك لي خلاني انا بروحي اشيله لي هو المفروض يعطيني قال انا مشغول صبري يخلص الولد الثاني و الناس كلهم خلاهم يشيلو السمك بروحهم حتى دشو لين داخل ياخدن و لا حد مسوي شغله عنده و السؤال المطروح اين المسؤولين عن هذه الفوضى و اين الرقابة

I'm living here in the Nesto building, and I can say that's it's a nice place to live with. Very quite and accessible to all the things you need, like grocery, mall, metro, bus station and etch.

Then his friend from his home country came and let him in, and this isn't the first time. He treated customers inappropriately. It's a place where favoritism and nepotism prevail.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡👎👎👎👎👎

I visited Nesto Hypermarket about one week ago to buy 5–6 LED lights. The supervisor informed me that the holders were damaged and told me that they would be repaired within 3 days. I agreed and left. After one week, I visited the store again, but the holders were still not repaired. This is very disappointing, especially for such a big hypermarket. A small issue like this should not take so long to resolve.its literally very bad I hope the management will take this seriously and improve their service in the future

It's great, but the people in the fish and meat section are rude and unprofessional. If you arrive half an hour late, they tell you the merchandise isn't there, even though you see it with your own eyes. Please take action on this matter, and those in charge should monitor them.

Prices are reasonable, good variety and good layout. But the cashiers are rude and the sfatt willingness to assist is very low. The super markets next to it give a much better service and an experience. Need improvement in customer service. The staff is looking at the customer as the customer is at fault for something which I don't understand. I have had this experience several times, hence the review. The service is getting worse on a daily basis
