Worst place to be . The maintenance is insane ,they don’t respond to you . They are very disrespectful and the water keeps cutting off so most of the time you keep following up . I don’t recommend this place at all . The management needs to think for a better people to handle . Most awful experience . New issue 3rd FEB AGAIN …. The person who is handling the maintenance (Hassanat )of the building is very rude and is always ready to fight when ever we call for a problem . We have paid for the ac full year and there is issue in the ac , upon asking to fix it he keeps making excuses rather than atleast finding a temporary solution . Big mistake getting a flat here. Not recommended

Haseeb from home sniper real estate took rental cheques and cash it and its been 7 months he didn't provide me ejari of my apartment and asking for more money .. stay away from them they always try to rip off your money.

Management nice I have a great experience in nr building I recommend to everyone
