کمیه‌نظرات مشتریان Al Diyafa Medical Diagnostic Center یه تصویر دو‌طرفه می‌کشونن: خیلی‌ها، مخصوصاً با اسم “Jason” یا “Dr Atul” می‌گن که خدمت‌شون حرفه‌ای، مهربون و دقیق بود، خون‌گیری راحت، توضیح واضح و حتی وقتی در خانه می‌رسن، همه‌چیز به‌صورت دوستانه و بدون درد پیش میره؛ همین‌طوری هم‌چنین چند نفر از سال‌های طولانی‌تری که با این مرکز کار می‌کنن، می‌گن حس می‌کنن مثل خانواده‌اشن، دکترها و پرسنل با دقت و احترام می‌گیرن. اما طرفی هم چندین شکایت جدی وجود داره: رزروها گاهی بدون تماس تأیید می‌شن، زمان‌بندی ناپایدار، حتی وقتی ماشین خراب میشه، مشتریان مجبور میشن منتظر بمونن یا دوباره برنامه‌ریزی کنن؛ این باعث میشه که بعضی‌ها حس کنند که هماهنگی و ارتباط با بیمه یا تیم مرکز ضعیفه. همچنین یه‌چند نفر از نظراتشون می‌گن که محیط نظافت‌اش کم‌بود و دستشویی هم نبود. در مجموع، Al Diyafa به‌نظر می‌رسه مرکز خوبی با پر

My veins are typically quite difficult to access, and blood draws are often challenging, requiring considerable time and multiple attempts. However, this experience was entirely different. The procedure was exceptionally smooth and efficient, with minimal discomfort, and the required samples were collected quickly and professionally. From beginning to end, the entire process exceeded expectations. I sincerely appreciated the skill, care, and professionalism demonstrated throughout.

Dear Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from Al Diyafa Medical Diagnosis Center. I made a booking yesterday for a laboratory test scheduled for today. However, no one contacted me for confirmation or follow-up. After I followed up with both your team and my insurance provider, I was simply told that the test would now be scheduled for tomorrow, with no proper explanation or responsibility taken. This kind of careless handling is unacceptable. It caused unnecessary delays and wasted time for no valid reason. It is clear there is a serious lack of commitment and professionalism in managing appointments and customer care. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I strongly advise others to avoid booking services through your center due to poor service and lack of accountability. Thank you for the great service. Jason was more than nice. He was very efficient and professional. He called me and followed up with me to make sure he takes the blood samples on time as well as within my convenience. Thank you again Jason for not hurting me when you took the blood sample. I recently had some blood tests done and had an exceptional experience, thanks to Jason. I'm usually pretty anxious about getting my blood drawn, but he made me feel at ease right away. He is incredibly skilled and gentle, and what I appreciated more was that he took the time to explain each step which was very reassuring. It’s clear that they truly care about their patients. Shouldn't the clinic even have a toilet? Bad behavior with customers and the cleanliness of the environment are seen very, very often. I don't know what dentist doesn't even respect the cleanliness of the environment.

I chose an online consultation since I wasn't feeling well enough to go to a clinic. My GP suggested a blood test at home, and I was really pleased with the service. Nurse Jason, who came to do the test, was fantastic—he showed up on time, was friendly and calming, and made the whole experience much easier. His professionalism truly stood out. Highly recommend his service!

Very disappointed with my experience at Al Diyafa Medical Diagnostic Center. I got a blood test done due to a high fever, and even after 44+ hours, the results still haven’t arrived. When I called for an update, I was simply told that the standard turnaround time is 24–48 hours. In a city like Dubai, is it really practical or acceptable, for patients to wait this long for basic test results, especially when timely treatment depends on them? Delays like this aren’t just inconvenient, they can seriously impact patient care. This level of service is far below what one expects from a modern healthcare system.

Mr. Jayson came to collect my blood samples from home for the blood test. He is so polite and kind. He did a neat job of collecting the blood without any pain. I am very happy with the service. I would recommend him to everyone.

The worst customer experience ever had… Unprofessional approach & very poor service. I recently had a blood collection booked through my insurance for late morning by 10:30 am. I have told them that I am fasting and please make it little early. Then after 4 hours I got a call back saying it will be collected by 9:20 am, since you are far from Dubai. Unwillingly, I agreed and said ok. I have adjusted the office timings accordingly and on the day morning of my blood collection, I got a call saying the vehicle is broke down and since you are far, the collection needs to be rescheduled. I said not possible. Please come today itself. Being a mobile collection DHA licensed unit, Al Diyafa lab should be equipped with contingencies that can happen unexpected. I am truly aware that the vehicle breakdown is not predictable, but the approach to convey the customer and close the issue should be prioritized. I have already informed the insurance about this issue and expecting a positive feedback.

Extremely poor customer service. Please avoid this clinic and don’t use. If you want efficient lab test results then use a different clinic instead. They are taking days just to complete a simple lab test

My experience has been very extraordinary.DrAtul is doctor of rare caliber who adds a personal touch in his treatment of patients.My mother who passed away at 96 was a great admirer of him.In fact my entire family and friends who hv just visited Al Diyafa just once hv become loyal/permanent members.Every person known to me has a good word to say. Lastly there are very few Doctors who go to the extent of spending as much time as you need during consultation ...and that perhaps is the reason his diagnosis is always correct. We need more Al Diyafa's

Al Diyafa Medical Diagnostic Centre run by Dr Atul and his professional team including pathology team was regularly being visited by me and my family during our stay at Dubai from 2011 till 2020 our visit to the Dr Atul for any of our medical problem was diagnosed correctly and the entire staff in the pathology and the clinic patient friendly and put the entire family in a very comfortable position and had the feeling as if we are in the midst of our family member. I know Dr. Atul Kumar personally. His elder sister Dr. Rekha was my batch mate in Gandhi Medical College Bhopal (MP) India and luckily Dr. Atul Kumar and his wife Dr. Ritu Kumar too studied in Gandhi Medical College Bhopal (MP) India.
