We recently visited Avila Resort in Pollachi and had a wonderful experience 😊 The space is compact, but they’ve done an excellent job with the setup. The rooms were cool and comfortable, and the swimming pool was well maintained. A special mention to the birds area 🐦—it was unique and really enjoyable, especially for a relaxing family time. We visited with our 4-month-old baby, and everything felt convenient and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay ❤️ The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Receptionist Anu was especially kind and helpful. The helpers, Chandru and Karthik, were very supportive and always ready to assist us with anything we needed—such good-hearted people! The kitchen area was very neat and clean, which we really appreciated. The only small drawback was that the food felt a bit expensive. Great place for families—comfortable, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere 😊 Overall, it was a great experience, and we had a lovely time!

We stayed for 3 days in a couple room and 1 day in a private pool. I like both types of room, it was neat and clean. Admin office staffs, room service staffs and chef was friendly and we liked their efforts to make us comfortable with the vacation. Thanks to every staffs working there.

The children were thoroughly delighted by the swimming pool and greatly enjoyed interacting with the pets, which added a charming and memorable touch to our stay. We stayed at Avila Resort with our family and friends for a weekend getaway — and it was fantastic! The rooms are spacious and super comfortable, perfect for kids to rest after playing in the pool. The outdoor and children’s pool areas are great for kids, and there’s plenty of space for family hangouts and evening chats. A wonderful place for family reunions, birthday celebrations and simply relaxing together.

Even though it is a new resort, the hospitality in Pollachi they provided was outstanding and professional. The food at the resort was very tasty, fresh, and hygienic. None of us experienced any issues like heartburn, acidity, or stomach discomfort, which is very important when traveling with family. The ambience of the resort was calm, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, making it one of the best family-friendly resorts in Pollachi. The resort staff were polite, friendly, and helpful, always ensuring our comfort. This is an excellent resort for family vacation in Pollachi, especially if you are traveling with kids. The resort offers customizable food options for lunch and dinner (available at an additional cost), and the food was prepared exactly as requested. Complimentary breakfast is provided. A swimming pool is available for both adults and kids. Cons: The swimming pool size felt a bit small, but the management informed us that they are planning to expand the swimming pool in the coming months. Overall, this is a perfect resort in Pollachi for family stay, weekend getaway, and vacation with kids. Definitely a must-visit resort in Pollachi.

I came to AVILA Resort with my friends for a alumni party, and it was a wonderful experience. All of us enjoyed a lot and had a great time together. Swimming and fun moments made the day special. The traditional Tamil lunch was delicious and perfectly prepared. Meeting friends after a long time brought us so much happiness. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. A perfect place for friends and family.
