It's ok for the price. Not too satisfied but not complaining much either. However, despite the rating, the rooms are absolutely dated. Might also have spotted a roach or two, and experienced a bout of katsaridaphobia. Pathetic, the guy at the reception was very rude and not even in the mood to hear and we were able to understand we came to stay. After we reached the room, he asked us to go and was asking for more money to stay. Me and my friends had to look for another room in the middle of the night. Overall it was unacceptable and I don't expect any type of this nuisance from any of the stay places. Pathetic and vulnerable experience.

The worst stay so far in my life. Rooms are like pigeon cage. The bathroom door was not locking up. The switch boards are damaged. Food service not available, you have order using online apps. Rooms are having AC but there is no fan. All together its a worse hotel, I ever stayed in my life. Only 1 start I gave because the staff members were polite.

I met a guy in their lobby and i met with man name David, I’ve never seen such a pathetic behaviour. Even the dhaba person is better than that. I insulted me and that too in front of my guests

Stayed here for one night. The rate is cheap as they charge only Rs.1500. The room is congested, which is expected at this price range. But the biggest let down was the cleanliness of the room as well as bathroom. Both were not maintained in the proper manner. The plumbing and electrical fittings were really old and was not in proper working condition. The safety of the room was also a a let down as the door had only one lock. The receptionist and room boy were not professionally trained. Not recommended for families.

first of all it is not a townhouse, it's a ordinary hotel. secondly room infrastructure is good (it was big, sofa was there, proper lights were there and also AC was working) but the main problem is no maintenance. they are only running this hotel but not doing any maintenance. room and bathroom are full smelly. it's like no one has come from many times. they do not give water bottles even after paying so much money. this hotel is not worth for how much they are charging. I'll never recommend this to anyone.

Worst hotel I’ve ever seen, don’t even deserve to get a single star. Dhaba is much more better than that.

Rooms were small and clean. They have rooms of 3 sizes ( as far as we have observed). Smallest room can accommodate only one. Medium rooms can accommodate 2 and Deluxe rooms are spacious. Service was good. But the location is not so great, no eateries nearby. Food has to be ordered from outside. Overall its a decent room near by majestic for a nominal fare.

One of the worst hotel in Bangalore , not recommended for the family and business stays.I booked this hotel thru Fabhotel and paid the entire amt and later after check out they charged me again with no reason . They will post good pictures in the websites and in the Apps , but the room cleanliness is very bad and room has bad smell , tv will not work , ac will work with water flashing from the ac indoor.bathroom is full of cigar buds , Reception Person is very rude and not customer friendly. They promised complimentary breakfast but it was not given - when asked they said it in cool manner - Chef is on leave today … So think twice when you are booking with this place …

Worst experience ever. I had booked the room for one of my friend who was here in Bengaluru to attend an important interview. The booking through the OYO app was rejected and the check-in was denied and my friend had to make other arrangements at 10pm in the night when interview was right next morning.The owner at the reception was rude, non-compassionate and even denied any refund of amount. Shame on you for insulting your customers and you are unfit to be in the hospitality sector. Learn the etiquettes on how to treat your customers.

Hiland Suites in Bangalore fails to live up to expectations. The rooms are dated and in need of renovation, lacking the comfort and amenities one would expect from a modern hotel. The service is inconsistent, with staff often appearing disinterested and unresponsive to guests' needs. Additionally, the location is not ideal, lacking convenient access to major attractions or amenities. Overall, for the price paid, there are far better options available in Bangalore.

One of the most unclean stay I ever had. This is not some "suites" , just an ordinary hotel with no maintanence. Bed sheets are never changed. Rooms are never cleaned. Single bed rooms are small, very congested. Lighting is Ok. Ac works. TV is for namesake. The bathroom is absolute worst. Every single inch of the bathroom wall and steel rods are dusty. Try not to touch the wall while inside. Tiles are slippery. Hot water shower is available 24x7. But the placement is too close to wall that its impossible to take shower without touching the dusty wall. The flush system came off the wall on touching. No bath amenities provided. Noticed later that the bed had stains of blood and some fluids. Wifi password is provided but the rooms on far end doesn't even get a signal. Even after repeatedly asking, there was no response. During booking, payment for breakfast was done. After checking in they say they don't have breakfast facility. The hotel is placed inside from main road, among residential houses. Uber and Ola are the nearest transport method. Zomato and Swiggy delivers food till room, which is the only good thing in hotel. Waste of money. Feels like a lodge room. Worst part is post checkout , the receptionist ask you to give rating then and there, while he stares at the phone.

A pocket friendly hotel located in a peaceful area amidst the city. Suitable for short stay. The room is not too small and having a queen size bed, couple of single seater sofa, reasonable sized LCD TV. Bathroom is clean. The room no. 204 is also having a balcony which gives fresh air.

This hotel is near to both Majestic and Mantri Square Metro Station. Rooms are enough spacious for two with 24/7 running hot water. All Staffs were polite and helpful. Any way some negative things i found was pillow and bed sheets were too old to be replaced. No nearby hotels around this property.

Not according to the Fab standard. This hotel is in tie-up with Fab Hotels chain and there is no well established communication between the two. I was late to check-in due to commute delay, and accordingly informed through phone and email and asked to reserve a room as full payment was already made. Acknowledged over phone through Fab customer care (but was not communicated to the hotel). In spite of all this, the booking was cancelled marking as 'no show'. I think Fab needs to work on communication with hotels tied-up. Rooms are not upto the mark considering the room charges. Nothing was much provisioned in the room. Wifi signal very weak. No dryers, fans in the rooms. Location is that easily gettable as compared with other Fab hotels.

One of the worst hotel on the earth. Thos hotel has below few addon feature - Smelly, unhygienic room - leaking bathroom, electricity broken, broken lights, - no room lock so no privacy when you are not at room. - False promise of kitchen with limited options by owner and provide breakfast while in actual there is no kitchen at all. - Take whole payment in advance. No hotel take such full payment in advance - No housekeeping, room service - Even behaviour or owner towards guest is rude. He even slap one of the guest in front of me. And already recorded in CAM. Keep away of this hotel, also from FAB hotel chain is not listening and refund my money. I had booked for 7 days and left the hotel in less than 10 hrs due to poorest conditions and dont want to take risk of my health. Away from fab hotel chain and Feb hiland suites. I cancelled my booking from FAB Hotel chain but, I am still waiting for my money. these are the useless people and hotel chain to loot the people. I have all the proof and can take legal action soon.

Worst experience... Waited for more then 2 hours.. they says that room is full.. and only provided room after the existing customer do the check out.. another room we got it only at 7 pm.....though we already paid full amount online for two room while booking....and the break which we prepaid... They get the parcel from different hotel .. if they don't have the cooking facility, they should provide the option to opt for breakfast.... Andin the picture the room was different then what they provided

Cleanliness - Very Poor. Dusty Rooms. Nasty Bathroom. Breakfast tray/dishes were watery and cold breakfast. Staff - Helpful staff Saw 2 cockroaches Water dripping AC Whole night I can hear sound like someone is banging door. Will not recommend to anyone.

Arrogant, Irresponsible , non guest friendly , etc. If I could post 0 as ratings . One of the worst hotels . Staffs don’t care about hospitality. I have booked 2 rooms with breakfast and the front desk guy is arguing on breakfast. If you order 2 Idli instead of 1 that would cost you the charge of 2 plate . What kind of nonsense is that . And top of that they don’t have in hotel , they buy it from another hotel . Then why to charge for breakfast? By the time breakfast arrives it’s enough cold to not go for anymore . And apart from all these things if you ask for anything else he would hung up the call on your face as many times as he wants .

We booked a double bedroom & got the confirmation message from the hotel. We informed them we ll be reaching by morning 6. We go there & they tell us sorry rooms are full. They also said it's not their fault. Very unprofessional. We argued for 15 mts & told them this is not the way. Then they gave us this really small bedroom - 206 Room No. The room is really small, the TV glass edge kept hurting us, there is no space to walk around the bed. Poorly designed room. Okay to jus stay for a day, not more... There was no hot water, otherwise bathroom was ok. For breakfast, we walked upto Janardhan hotel (2 mts away) & had amazing South Indian breakfast. Also definitely ask for a bill before you checkout.
