The Byke Select - Suraj Plaza Pure Veg Hotel | (Pan India Pure Veg Hotel Chain)

Location is easily accessible. Faced no issues while commuting from Railway station. Hotel is well connected as it is on the mainroad.frequent Autos and buses to my office. Room Service is good. Staff are helpful and respond to our queries immediately. Especially Reception Staff, Staff in the restaurant Sanjana ji and Deepak ji. One feedback is to add Fan as an additional options as the AC stops working sometimes and cooling is not that effective. I will definitely recommend this hotel to people who wants to stay near Hiranandani or Anand nagar.

Third class hotel with third class staff and food. Its not a hotel its a death trap. Our personal experience where the lift collapsed when we were in it. Thankfully we survived coz it collapsed from ground floor to basement. Worst part the management doesn't know neither bothered to do anything regarding this. Food quality is the worst i have ever seen and staff are busy in their own world. AVOID STAYING HERE if you want to survive and don't want to waste money. *Note to owner - Change the management before your hotel permanently shuts down.

This a wedding hotel. Rooms at the main hotel are good. They also offered service apartments in the same premises which are bigger but not maintained properly. The event execution was good. Staff is well trained and supportive. The disappointing part is food! They served Nedu wada - had no taste. Salt was minimal, Sambar was sour, Chatnti had no taste. Staters - spring role was oily and cover was chewee. Couldn't dare to try other starters. The main course in the wedding was okeish coz of some good cuisines- Dahi wada, burnt garlic noodles and dal makhni. Desserts were again disappointing! The shahi dessert was served to invoke sugar rush, extremely sweet! They used chocolate cake in tera misuse! Food is the most obvious memory for the wedding guests. Can be impr6a lot!

Had an amazing one-day staycation at Byke Suraj Plaza, Thane with my best friend. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm — we were welcomed with refreshing cold coffee which set the mood instantly ☕✨ The rooms were spacious, cozy, and well-maintained with all modern amenities. The in-house restaurant was a big plus — the food was absolutely delicious, especially the sushi and the dinner buffet 🍣🍽️ We were lucky to experience their Winter Food Festival as well — live food stalls, kullad chai, bun maska, keema pav, and a beautiful gazal night that created such a lovely vibe ❄️🎶 Overall, a perfect place for a relaxing staycation in Thane. Great food, comfortable rooms, and amazing service. Would definitely recommend and visit again 🤍

Very well located hotel however road construction leading to temp parking issues. Good for Weddings. Excellent staff and homely atmosphere. The estate requires some upgrades which is in planning. Overall a very good experience. Spl shout out to Amit, Dnyaneshwar, Ramanna, Harpreet and team.

I had a great experience at The Byke Suraj Plaza. The overall service was good, and the breakfast was really nice. Special thanks to Ajay, who is in charge during breakfast time he was very polite, attentive, and made sure everything was well managed. His hospitality truly made the experience better.

We had an excellent evening at the Byke. Especially Deepak, Remsangi and Shruti were extremely helpful and very courteous. Service with smile was their motto and they did it with aplomb. We are definitely coming again, since the food was excellent and service very professional.

Room might look like average but there was dust on the curtains and even the floor was not clean enough. This might be because there is not enough ventilation in the room(windows are closed all the time) They need to use vacuum cleaner on the bed, curtains, sofa etc. It was disappointing for me as I get quickly allergic to dust and cannot stop sneezing. Service is good , location is good too.

The ambience is good , rooms are clean and spacious but quality of service is poor , no 1 is interested in helpful and get are not aware of their own services , no valet after 10 pm . Farm fresh restaurant staff is nor even bothered to serve water to guest's and moreover there are dead insects on plates in morning breakfast area and absolutely stale and cold breakfast items and cold tea is served . Highly disappointed with customer service, only good thing is clean & good size rooms. While checkout the valet took time to get vehicle and when we went to check he wasn't able to drive our car but wasn't telling. There was a possibility of damage to our vehicle if we wouldn't have gone . Need lot of improvement .

We stayed here for 4 nights during a business trip in February 2026. The hotel is located on a busy road with heavy traffic most of the time. Try to avoid the road facing rooms since noise could be a problem especially at the lower floor rooms and also because the windows are single glazed which offer no protection from noise. Ours was on the 6th floor and facing the rear entrance near the educational institution nearby. We didn't encounter any noise issues. The building is dated and could do with a facelift. The room was spacious with enough furniture, but the chair was wobbly / unsafe. The shower area leaks water as the separator is not high enough. This should be looked into. In room dining options are very limited especially because this hotel is part of a pure vegetarian hotel chain (other locations are Kovalam, Matheran, Jaipur, Goa, Ujjain etc). The buffet breakfast (Waves restaurant) spread could have more items: spread was limited. Taste was average: nothing exceptional. Staff behaviour was above par, especially the lady @ reception and the housekeeping staff member (names of both people not known). The capsule lift is not maintained properly. The inner doors fail to close fully intermittently, causing major inconvenience as the lift simply remains still with people inside. The second lift is slightly better, but not clean. They only provide 1 key: if you need another one, a refundable caution deposit of ₹500 in cash has to be paid. Overall a comfortable stay and I would definitely come back on my next visit to Thane.

This hotel is really good its services and food are excellent The best part is that it has a hygienic kitchen, which matters the most these days The staff is very supportive, and there's hardly any waiting time The hotel management truly understands the value of time.

I went along with my ladies group for women's day celebration for buffet lunch. The service and food was excellent. Deepak was especially good and attending us in all ways possible offering discounts etc. highly recommended place

Excellent arrangements in terms of the above. Food was excellent . Suggestion: Kindly ensure more plug points for charging ,mobile laptops ..in Boardroom. Some plug points are not working. Kindly repair these plug points. Thanks

Stayed here for 4 days, and unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. Starting with room service expectations were set very low. We were told only two water bottles are allowed per room per day, and any additional bottles would be chargeable. Access to basic drinking water shouldn’t feel like a premium service. The breakfast was another letdown. It’s usually something I look forward to, but this one was quite underwhelming and didn’t meet the mark. The location is honestly the only redeeming factor. While a few room service staff members were polite and helpful, the overall experience and service quality left much to be desired.

Remsangi was too good at her service. Very polite. Addressed all our requests and has a charming smile.

I recently visited Byke for my corporate stay after a long journey. The housekeeping staff are never available in the lobby. We have to wait for long time for them or the front office only have to do their work. I lost the key to my suitcase , called the front office twice but they didn't give me a solution, I had jus arrived from my trip but had to go down to meet the senior front officer. He was then able to give me a good solution. The lifts are less for such a big hotel and you need to wait. I had a bad experience with the housekeeping staff as I first time stayed in a hotel solo. Had asked them to get my clothes laundered.It was a small bunch of clothes. I thought it was included in the rate as they kept laundry bags in d room .. While checkout I got a shock as they charged me 850 Rs. They never informed me that it would be chargeable. When I went to the front office they were like laundry doesn't be included.How would I know that? Everybody doesn't know everything about a hotel. They need to give details before any service.But the veg food was great and room was clean
