The hotel has a perfect location right in the city center. The management and staff are very polite, friendly, and helpful. Rooms are diverse, well-maintained, and give a pleasant feeling, with excellent air conditioning. If you choose the economy rooms, keep in mind to balance price and quality. Being located in the city center helps you save on transportation costs. لوکیشن هتل بسیار عالی است و دقیقاً در مرکز شهر قرار دارد. مدیریت و کارکنان هتل بسیار مؤدب، خوش‌رو و کمک‌کننده هستند. اتاق‌های متنوع با کیفیت خوب و حس مثبت دارند و تهویه عالی است. اگر از اتاق‌های اقتصادی استفاده می‌کنید، توجه داشته باشید که قیمت و کیفیت را با هم بسنجید. قرار گرفتن هتل در مرکز شهر به شما کمک می‌کند هزینه حمل‌ونقل‌تان کمتر شود. होटल का स्थान बहुत अच्छा है और यह शहर के केंद्र में स्थित है। होटल का प्रबंधन और स्टाफ बहुत विनम्र, मुस्कुराते और मददगार हैं। कमरे अलग-अलग प्रकार के हैं, अच्छी गुणवत्ता के हैं और रहने में अच्छा महसूस होता है। एसी और वेंटिलेशन बहुत अच्छा है। अगर आप इकोनॉमी रूम ले रहे हैं, तो कीमत और गुणवत्ता का संतुलन ध्यान में रखें। होटल के सिटी सेंटर में होने से आपके ट्रांसपोर्ट के खर्च कम हो जाएंगे।

This hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating. The room I was given was extremely small and had no window at all. Even worse, the bed was positioned in such a way that it blocked the wardrobe, making it impossible to open properly. After I had already booked the room and paid, I was assigned this unacceptable room. When I returned to the reception desk to complain, the receptionist told me that I should have inspected the room before making the payment. He then informed me that if I wanted a larger room with a window and a wardrobe that could actually be used, I would have to pay additional money. This is not how guests should be treated. A hotel should be transparent about room conditions before taking payment, not charge extra for what should be basic standards of comfort. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

My experience at MyHotel Erbil was generally good. The room was of an alright quality. Staff were generally kind and reliable. Hotel restaurant is the highlight, high quality food delivered every morning included in the price of your booking. View was nice and the restaurant was modern. Chef Mehdi was very kind and attentive to me and my party, offering great food and incredible service.

Its location is perfect to stay for a tourist. I liked the hotel. Staff was very kind. They have a parking lot underground. Room was clean and breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

Great hotel with friendly, attentive staff and excellent services. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The highlight of the stay was definitely the breakfast at the top-floor restaurant, offering a beautiful city view. The relaxing music, cozy atmosphere, and absolutely delicious food made the experience even more special. A special mention goes to Mr. Mehdi, who ran the restaurant and truly made the stay exceptional. He was always available, attentive to guests, and had many wonderful stories to share, adding a personal and memorable touch to the experience. To top it all off, he made really delicious pizzas and desserts that varied every day, making the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

It is walkable to the market and and it has a small underground parking lot, service is okay. (Important point, if you coming from outside of Iraq or has booked online throughout apps or website, keep in mind the currency exchange is different between the bank and local market, which they will charge you more based on the black market rate. Even if you ask to pay with card, they will charge your more and try to convince you that it is a card fee. Check the dollar rate to know the actual price.)

I reserved the hotel for my Iranian parents, and they were very satisfied with their stay. Since they did not speak the local language, the Iranian staff member, Mehdi Fazlolahi and Belal, who are part of the management team, were extremely helpful and supportive. The staff were very kind and accommodating. As it was Ramadan, they thoughtfully arranged breakfast at 3:00 a.m. Overall, my parents had a comfortable and pleasant stay

Enjoyed it a lot. Within walking distance to Citadel. The room was clean and quite, breakfast rich and tasty. Really helpful staff providing cheap airport transfer. Nice rate for currency exchange

Das,Zimmer war klein, stickig und mit einem winzigen, dunklen Fenster. Kein Tageslicht, Fenster direkt vor einem weiteren Gebäude. Aus dem Abfluss drückte Wasser und Sand, wohl von einer benachbarten Baustelle nach oben und überschwemmt übelriechend das Bad. Ich blieb im Aufzug stecken, das Hotelpersonal rief für uns beide ZWEI Taxis, die uns zwei getrennt an den Flughafen bringen wollten. Fakt: schlechte Kommunikation, kaum Service, die Zimmer wirklich nicht gut. Das einzig Gute: fußläufig zur Zitadelle, die leider immer noch geschlossen ist. Also: bloß nicht.

My first experience staying at My Hotel was very good and satisfying. The staff was very nice and helpful. The place was clean and the breakfast was good. I will choose MyHotel again for my next trip.

فندق رائع يستاهل خمسة نجوم نظافة وخدمة رائعة انا برأي زرت كذا فندق بأربيل هاد افضل فندق كان فنادق الاخرى للأسف النظافة شبه معدومة

الغرف مرتبة جدا و الحمام كبير و حلو. فقط السبلت شوية ضعيف بس محسينا بفرق لان كان الجو معتدل بشهر التاسع. اما الافطار ممتاز جدا. صورت الافطار فقط

This hotel is located in a excellent place! Easy walk to the citadel, market close by and other shops. My room was spacious and comfortable. The cleaning could improve but I can’t complain as the price was really good. Breakfast was delicious and with a large variety. Staff were very helpful, best rate for cash exchange I found. Highly recommended!

Reasonable priced hotel (prices in Erbil are alway a bit higher). Especially the breakfast was amazing. Different than other hotels i have stayed in. Very kind staff!

Hotel położny w zasięgu spaceru od cytadeli. Obsługa sympatyczna ale zagubiona, najpierw meldując się o 4 rano dowiedziałem się, że mojej rezerwacji nie mają, potem, że karta do pokoju wygasła. Pokoje urządzone jak na lokalne standardy ładnie ale są trochę już zniszczone. Śniadanie bardzo urozmaicone, ale jakościowo słabiutkie.
