Writing after 6 months of usage Product: The product largely meets its listed specifications, suitable for compact spaces and generally comfortable. However, there is room for improvement in the design of the lounge section, as it tends to develop depressions over time. I've attached a picture for reference. Unfortunately, the build quality leaves something to be desired, as it starts to squeak with only light use, primarily by my 5-year-old. Delivery: The delivery process takes approximately 5 days, which is reasonable. Customer Service and After-sales: Initially, the customer service appeared responsive and helpful. However, their level of engagement noticeably dropped once the delivery was completed. This was particularly frustrating when I encountered issues with the product, such as the depressions and squeaking. Given that it's a 5-year-old using the product, I believe these issues should be covered under warranty. A consistent and high level of customer service throughout the entire customer journey is crucial and should not diminish after the purchase and delivery phase.

I recommend The Home Canvas. It is a serious company that listens to its customers and knows how to answer their questions. The prices are affordable and the quality is top notch! You will not be disappointed. The furniture was delivered very quickly and easy to assemble. An instruction manual is available.

The package was delivered before scheduled time. The chair looks so gorgeous and perfectly compliment the wooden table we have in our living room. Overall, i am quite happy with the purchase.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS VENDOR. Refused to refund a poor quality tv unit after opening. How is a customer supposed to check for defects without opening the package?! Bought this through Danube, stay away from them as well.

I ordered TV unit..Not happy with the product, quality is not good. Want to return it but it is out of box so don’t know what to do. Waste of money
