This is the worst shop you will ever find. The intentionally manipulate the prices. Not linked to the global standard price. And the manager admits that he intentionally changed the price. Also they change the price from one branch to another. Don't deal with this shop

Sudhi ismail has excellent communication skills with customers, making him well-suited for handling sales and customer service in the shop.

Highly recommended store to shop and to fix your jewelry. Went there with my friend to fix her necklace, they checked the damaged jewelry and they fixed it less than an hour and with a reasonable price 💖 Shout out to the 2 indian male staffs there who were so friendly, I forgot the names but it sounds like Mamouhdi (if I remember it correctly but for sure their names both starts with M). Very approachable and helpful!

I recently visited this shop for gold shopping and as a keralite, This was such a poor response i ever received from a shop...!!! Truly disappointing. They were not properly greeted eventhough the store wasnt busy at that time.The sales executives lacks enthusiasm and improper communication made me to never visit the shop again. They were in a mindset that "Buy it if you want: We have enough customers already" Indeed this was unprofessional and disheartening.... I recommend people that Lots of jwellery shops are available nearby where you will be greeted and treated well...

Horrible experience, I would strongly recommend no one shop here. I brought gold earrings for 200DHS they were soo fragile they broke the very next day, when I went to return them, the shop owners refused, after a very long argument they only returned 85 DHS. If you shop here be mentally prepared for them to scam you.

If I could i would rate this shop in negatives because they gave very delicate jewelry and it broke with in few hours and when I went to return they didn't even give me 50% of the cash back i wouldn't recommend anyone especially tourist to buy gold from this shop never go to this shop because there behaviour changes when u want to return something back i would recommend anyone who wants to buy gold go to the malabaar store
