Good day, I recently underwent the Hala Feb Health Check with your team. The overall experience was excellent, and I truly appreciate the great support provided. I would like to offer one suggestion for improvement. I had to wait about half an hour for the blood sample collection. It would be helpful if this process could be streamlined to minimize waiting time as much as possible. Thank you 🙏

I went to the fahaheel branch to get my tooth filled. I really recommend Dr. Dasan xavier. He is a kind doctor. Also, the manager of the fahaheel branch is a good man. He is someone who maintains the quality of the hospital. Thank you..!

Very disappointing experience today at City Clinic. I paid for the doctor consultation at 5:00 PM, but even after waiting more than one hour, I was still not called. The whole process is extremely slow and unorganized. Patients are called by name from reception and then made to wait again without any clear timing. Clinics should understand that patients come with health concerns and stress. Waiting this long after payment is unacceptable. The management seriously needs to improve the appointment and patient handling system.

I recently had the Hala February Total Health Check with them for 12 KD, and everything went well overall. Initially, I was a bit upset because I requested a copy of my vital assessment results, which I needed to submit to my insurance company, and I was told that it couldn’t be provided. Later on, the medical staff approached me, apologized for the situation, and kindly gave me a copy of the results I requested. I truly appreciated that gesture. Small actions like taking the extra step to accommodate a patient’s request can make a big difference in the overall patient experience.

Very bad experience at City Clinic. They are not accepting cash and only asking for KNET payment. Many people don’t have bank cards, so it becomes difficult to pay. Hospitals should accept both cash and KNET for patient convenience. Because of this issue, it is better to visit other hospitals like Medex, Metro, or Shifa Al Jazeera where payment options are more flexible.

This review is written after one of the most painful and difficult experiences our family has faced in the past month. I am sharing this not to attack anyone personally, but to help other families make informed decisions. My wife had a previous mid-pregnancy loss before completing nine months. Because of this history, we were extremely careful during her next pregnancy and followed up regularly with a well-known gynecologist at this clinic. All previous reports and medical history were shared from the beginning, and we trusted that appropriate preventive guidance would be given. Unfortunately, when the pregnancy reached the middle stage, the same complication began again. At that point, we were referred to the Ministry of Health hospital (MOH). There, the doctors asked why a preventive procedure called cerclage had not been done earlier, especially considering the previous pregnancy history. We were informed that this procedure is usually more effective when performed at the correct time earlier in pregnancy. Even though we had passed the ideal stage, we decided to take the risk and proceeded with an abdominal cerclage surgery in the hope of saving the pregnancy. Sadly, the very next day, membrane rupture occurred, and another surgery was required to remove the stitch. This was physically and emotionally devastating for us. Following this, miscarriage occurred. A D&C procedure was done, blood transfusion was required, and post-surgical infection developed. My wife remained hospitalized for nearly one month. During this period, we faced immense emotional trauma, health complications, and financial strain. As a family, what hurt us most was the feeling that earlier preventive action and clearer guidance might have changed the course of events. My sincere advice to other couples with previous pregnancy complications is: * Always seek detailed preventive planning early in pregnancy. * Do not hesitate to take a second opinion in high-risk cases. * Ensure that all possible preventive procedures are discussed proactively. We trusted the system and followed regular consultations, but this experience has changed our perspective. I hope this review encourages better communication, timely intervention, and greater responsibility in high-risk pregnancy management.

I dealt with dr.rahma at City Clinic and she was amazing. Fillings and cleaning was on point. I highly recommend her services. 😁

My experience at the city clinic for a checkup was smooth and organized. The staff were polite, and the process was clear and efficient. Overall, it was a positive and professional experience. I would recommend this clinic to my friends

I will not recommend City Clinic for babies treatment. My daughter had a cold and flu, and their medication worsened her condition, causing breathing difficulties. Eventually, I had to take her to Adan Hospital, where they advised stopping all the medications and prescribed only minimal medicine. Previously, I took my father for a tooth filling, but it was not done properly. I had to get it done again at a government polyclinic. I am very unsatisfied. They give good lectures to divert people but not good treatment .

I visited City Clinic today after scheduling a formal appointment. However, despite patients waiting for their scheduled times, members of the hospital management kept interrupting and talking with the doctor. I was made to wait for an hour and a half. This was a very disappointing experience

Very recommendable..Base on my experience I went to their clinic dental department and from the moment after the reception I did not wait too long and I was assisted very well by the Indian lady staff and guided me to the dentist until he finished removing my damaged tooth. Dr. Manuj is so kind and very good dentist.Really he cares. Then back to the reception to pay the charge..Thank you so much I was not wrong to choose and I chose the best..right amount paid also for the very excellent service..From the staffs in the reception salute for the wonderful job..It is a very pleasant environment.

Always coming here every time I'm sick. Location is convenient, staff is nice and friendly, insurance and some test are fast and reliable.

Everything is fine, but the fee is very high. Before the treatment, they should have told me how much it would cost. I didn't ask because I thought it would be the same amount as when I went a few days ago. The pocket money that I had set aside for a month was gone. You should have mercy on low-wage earners, I'm a regular.

Good filling done by Dr. Rahma and nurse muthuraj. I'm very much satisfied with their service.

I recently visited City Clinic at night and had a good experience overall. The environment was pleasant, and the receptionists, nurses, and doctors were courteous & wonderful, doctor medicine cured me very well. However, I was surprised to see a female receptionist, possibly she was from the Philippines, handling the front desk alone at night. While I believe in gender equality,I don't differentiate between male female work but female have more work then male they have handle there office work and household works cooking etc,I think it's essential to consider the safety & provide them good facilities to female staff . Perhaps the hospital management could review the staffing arrangements at night. I've noticed male staff on my previous visit a few months ago you have a male staff then why you people trouble female . I think the MD should look into it. It's there issue, but it's my suggestion sorry for bother but it's quite unfair other than that hospital,staff & doctors was good

I just visited city clinic, and consulted Dr rahma saleem and did composite. Now it seems better and fixed well.
