If zero stars were an option, I would absolutely give that. I opened an account at the Pahar Ganj Branch, New Delhi, approximately 8 months ago, and have received no Passbook, no ATM card, and no account kit to date. The branch staff constantly refuses help with vague excuses. The experience hit rock bottom with Customer Care: the representative spoke to me in an extremely rude and derogatory manner ('Tu-tu') while loud domestic animal noises (cows/buffaloes) played in the background, proving a complete lack of professionalism. Eight months of zero banking functionality and this disrespectful behavior show that the bank is completely careless. Avoid the Central Bank of India
