ちょうどホーリー祭前々日に一泊予約しました。チェックインの時ホーリー祭当日メトロが止まるから空港までタクシーを手配してあげるからと説明を受けもう一泊する事にしました。翌日オーナーから「申し訳ないホーリー祭でタクシーの運転手が車が汚れるから車を出せないと言っている」仕方ないから宿代と車代の返金をお願いしたところ何とその金額を僕に聞いてきて、その通りの金額を確認もせずに返してくれたのです！驚きました！こんな事日本じゃ絶対にありえません！インドで経験したよい思い出のひとつです。ちなみに部屋も快適で、お湯もバッチリ出ました。

Lovely Inn in the middle of Paharganj. Yet quiet environment. No traffic outside the hotel. Friendly staff and good rooms. Hot water and good WIFI.

When we arrived at the hotel, we initially felt a bit uneasy as it wasn’t located on the main street of Paharganj bazaar. However, after calling the hotel staff, they guided us to the property, which was about a 100-meter walk. They also kindly helped us with our luggage. To our surprise, the room they provided was excellent , far better than we had expected for that area. It was clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. After several days of travel, the cozy and comfortable atmosphere was just what we needed. The rates were also quite reasonable. When it was time to leave, the staff once again assisted us by carrying our bags to the main road and loading them into our cab.

When we arrived, main bazar and area looks terrible but hotel is very good. Staff is very polite cooperative and very nice, it is family hotel and budget friendly they provide warm water at any time and hygienic food . Rooms are nit very aesthetic but still its very nice hotel overall for stay

As some of you may know, India is one of the most disorganized places in the world. This "hotel" in Delhi practically demonstrates that reality! To begin with, the rooms are dirty and old, the Indian diners are very noisy and don't let you sleep at night. To top it off, the manager made the mistake of assigning me a violent taxi driver to take me to the bus terminal, tried to charge me an extra 200 rupees to turn on the AC, and drove aggressively and rudely the entire way. Also important is that the hotel is right next to a garbage recycling center, so you can imagine the smell... In my opinion, never go there!!

Great staff and quiet Hotel. Just remember it is Delhi so as long as you know what to expect then this is a good choice. It is quiet and safe. Linen is clean for Delhi. Toilets are basic but it is no worse than elsewhere. Spacious room. Good prices. Good location for this. This is the real Delhi.

Main thing is fully safe place to stay with family at Paharganj area. I stayed here 12 days every year last 4 years.

A bit tricky to access, narrow lane off busy Main Bazar this is a very peaceful, quiet place only 2 minutes from the Bazar. Very close to Metro & Rail. A bit tired but clean with really helpful staff. Great value also.

Is a good place in a quiet court. Room are a bit old bit ok for few days

Good hotel in Paharganj , very silent place , friendly staff.

Très décevant ! Nous sommes allés dans cet hôtel car il était recommandé par le routard. Les chambres étaient sales, pas de ménage fait au sol. Les draps étaient tachés et très sales, il a fallu tous les changer. La salle de bain n'était pas nettoyé et il y avait du caca dans les toilettes L'eau chaude ne fonctionne pas dans toutes les chambres (nous étions plusieurs) et le réceptionniste n'est pas aimable, semble embêté lorsque l'on lui demande quelque chose. En plus de cela, on demande de l'eau potable et ils nous donnent une bouteille d'eau qu'ils nous font payer ensuite alors qu'ils nous disent qu'il y a de l'eau filtrée gratuite mais ne nous l'avaient pas signalé avant. Je ne recommande pas

Great hotel. Looking forward to staying there again in the future. Good staffs. The washroom is a little dirty but other things were just fine. No disturbance, full privacy and security. 12 Noon is the checkout time. The hotel is a little inside from the main road but a good place to stay at an affordable price.

Absolutely love this place! The people here are all very friendly and going out of their way to help you. Location is fantastic, right in the center of Paharganj and yet so silent! The third floor has a spacious terrace with sitting arrangement overlooking the tree's right in front. Rooms are comfortable and well equiped. Truly love the energy of this place and oh, the cat! ♡ So looking forward to my next stay!!!

El peor hotel de mi vida y he estado en cientos. El Ganga inn está ubicado en un callejón, está lleno de mugre y escombros, justo enfrente hay un vertedero donde hay un hombre recogiendo basura con una pala…. La habitación más que sucia, asquerosa. El baño sucio y sin ninguna comodidad, con un agujero en la pared que da a un patio interior. La cama sucia también, con decir que a 38 grados dormí sobre una manta polar que llevaba yo para que no me rozaran esas sábanas que a saber cuántos sudores tenían acumulados con las manchas que tenían. Entraban bichos por debajo de la puerta, un ciempiés y cucarachas pequeñas. A la salida del hotel teníamos reservado un conductor privado, intentaron evitar que contactásemos con él para cobrarnos y vendernos ellos el servicio aparte. En definitiva, hay mejores hoteles en India, no creo que la ubicación merezca tanto la pena cuando el transporte es muy barato en India, mejor quedarse en uno más lejos y pagar el transporte.

I loved this place! I booked it 3 times in a raw. It's in the middle of Main Bazar road, so it's a great location. At the same time it's not on the road itself, but a few meters inside the block. As a result it's very quite there. The hotel is of a descent quality. I've stayed in two other hotels on Main Bazar, and this was much better (it had even lower price). I enjoyed that they actually invested some creativity to room design. It's not just plain walls, rooms have their special style. I liked it! Laundry is available for 25 INR per piece. The breakfast is also good. I found people working here very friendly and welcoming. Next time I want to stay here as well!

I lovely this hotel. It’s a piece of serenity in the mad house world of Paharganj. I’ve been staying here for the last ten years and the two managers Saroj and Tripathy are excellent. Most of the staff have been working here for that whole time too so that continuity makes for more friendliness. They have had a makeover on the second floor and these rooms are much nicer now. As a mid range hotel it is the best pick for this area. It’s also close to New Delhi railway station too which is an extra bonus. I’ll be back.
