HOTEL JUHU INN

I checked in midnight . The reception guy didn’t inform checkout was at 8AM. and they took the entire amount. When requested for a checkout at 11am. The guy started yelling loudly and says I don’t want a customer like you. Very horrible experience avoid going to this shitty place.

One of best hotel to stay in Juhu. Juhu beach is at walking distance from the hotel.Rooms are big, neat and clean.Staff members are very co operative.Murshid and Aman was always there to help us.

Such a wonderful hotel, nice ambience,and good service in the top of the city

Very bad condition of the rooms.there are so many mouse inside the room.no elevator to go up.people are smoking frequently

Please don't be fooled by the photos. They have about 10 rooms I guess & all on the 2nd floor of the building. But not all are of the same size & it was funny when the manager said, you should've mentioned which room you need specifically & I could've arranged. I was on a blind date & we were looking for a spacious room to rest & relax for a few hours. But what we got is a matchbox with hardly any room to move about. 3 Stars for the location because although it's silent, it's a little secluded & gives a shady vibe. Service is top notch even though I had booked for only a few hours. A towel, A waterbottle & every little essential that's provided for a night's booking was provided.

It is an excellent place if you are looking for affordable accommodation in the plush Juhu area. It is very close to the beach and is in the prime area with several restaurants just next door. We wanted the rooms for 5-6 hrs between a wedding ceremony and reception. Surprisingly as compared to the extremely reasonable hotel charges, we not only got the room for 6 hours (not charged for the whole day) but the rooms were extremely good. Nice comfortable bed, AC, TV, clean bathrooms and in room dining. The staff is friendly and go out of the way to help. Parking is a slight hassle but the hotel helps you get a spot. Overall for the moderate hotel rate that they charge, you get a lot more than you can expect and is an excellent option for travellers who are looking at booking a room on an hourly basis. Strongly recommended

This hotel is new with clean and comfortable rooms. It is also relatively quiet as it is set on a side street which avoids all the noise of the main beach road. The beds has a great mattress and was the most comfortable we slept on in a long time! The staff, in particular Badru the Manager, are very friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful. They want their guests to be happy and enjoy their stay! We stayed only 2 nights but can happily recommend this hotel to others. Our only suggestion to the Managers would be to have a No Smoking policy in the rooms as we feel it attracts the wrong type of guest.

On behalf of my Uncle Tony. After a just concluded 2 week stay at the hotel, I have safely returned to my country. I must commend the hotel for the excellent reception and service the staff accorded my family and I. It was the ideal place for my wife to recuperate after her hospitalisation. The rooms and beds were spacious; clean and well ventilated, especially the airconditioned ones. The location too was ideal with close proximity to the airports and a church. What made the stay more worthwhile was that all of your staff were incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice to ensure our needs were met. I wish you all the very best with the future of your hotel, which I will certainly frequent again when in India and of course I will have no hesitation to recommend it to the rest of my family members and friends. It was a home away from home experience for me and my family.

Believe me guys its an excellent Hotel. The best part was hotel staff and services those guys were so down to earth so professional. The ambience is amazing and very beautiful rooms completely furnished with clean and big lavish bathrooms. The charges are not expensive so when I was told about rates over the phone I thought it would be very raw kinda room with not so cool renovation work but when I entered the hotel and rooms they had italian marbles and designer hygienic washrooms I was glad I gave it a try. The people out there I think the owner is from Kerela and was so friendly and polite and talking with a smile on face just made my day. Definitely recommended!

It was nice Hotel, just near the Juhu beach… Room were quite comfortable. All rooms were provided with Ac and Wifi. And the most important thing is that the price oh this hotel was relatively quite low as compared to other hotels which were near this beach side. I have tried the Dal fry and chicken items of this hotel, and it was quite good. Staffs were really friendly. Altogether it was pleasant experience.

My experience was very bad in them Very dirty all the sheets with blood period They took for my daughter for 10 hours 7000 rupees Never ever go there, i make an complain by the police . Hygienic for me was zero I order there late night food and give one of the staff 500 rupees, they take my money from nothing, and food was smelling, i did't . When they see your are from UK! Fantastic..we stayed for 3 days with kids. Rooms are extra clean and matress are perfect . specially the Location is just 5 minutes from juhu beach. manager behaviour is very simple and honest. I recommend it 100%

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and the high quality of service and attention to detail remains. The staff is amazing the room have been comfortable and immaculate . In past year we have stayed at the De Classico when we've been moved here for the first time. Now we wouldn't dream of staying anywhere other then HOTEL JUHU INN ❤️🙌🏻

I like everything about this hotel, services and facilities are on the top, friendly zone, area is also great with no unwanted noise.. apart from this i like their sweet gesture with calm behaviour... Even though they will make sure you should feel comfortable while staying there...

Extremely good hotel at a very prime location. Best is the staff and also the clean rooms. At the price you will not get better than this. Bhadrudin in particular is the highlight. Kind and helpful guy. Lovely experience. Shall park myself here again, soon. 5/5

i went to this hotel recently in hotel juhu in it was a lovely room with cleanliness was good it wasnt dirty or any mosquito there it was a superb and great experience checkin was smooth the food was also that order was good the service was also nice it was a good experience manager and staff behaviour was also very polite and positive to us too the room were clean and tidy and the washroom was also clean
