The driver was on time, reached the airport before flight landed and was polite, well dressed and behaved. Friendly and smiling. I had asked for dinner stop, and the driver himself suggested a good restaurant. The driver knew the direction to the destination very well and the drive was also smooth. The car was clean and well kept. Phone Charging facility was available when asked. The service was very good and price is also reasonable. No extra money was asked. Thank you for the service.

It was very easy to book a taxi online and pricing/payment was clear. I chose to pay the driver using cash which was straightforward. I used this service from Kochi airport to Fort Kochi and back again, both times the car was on time, driven well and driver courteous. I recommend inbound trip.

Suggestion 1 : Don't use Inboundtrip. ❌ Suggestion 2 : Worst case if you use their service, make sure your driver is not below one 👎 Driver name : Shivadas 🚨 Vehicle no. : KL-64-H-8369 Entire journey details 👇 Two passengers me and my mother who is a senior citizen got their head hit to the car roof due to his reckless and rough driving on the final day during airport drop mainly because Kochi was his hometown and driver simply wanted right from the morning to throw us at the airport and leave for home. Entire trip driver did Rash driving right from day 1. And each time we narrowly escaped or got our head hit to car body he would say sorry and then again start aggressive driving. Very rude behaviour of driver with us, he also used slang word (rascal) for another passing by vehicle in Anoki hotel parking in Vagamon. Driver forced us to change our itinerary every day, we checked with your team to visit Kovalam beach early morning before 8 am and were ready to pay the extra allowance but he called and discouraged us to visit Kovalam beach saying there is nothing to see there and asked us to drop back a message on WhatsApp to the inboundtrip team that we don't want the cab service early morning. He also suggested us to leave our booked resort in Vagamon one day before and take another hotel in Kochi and he will take us to local sightseeing in Kochi to which we didn't agree. Aggressive driving on road if we did not take driver's choice of restaurant on the way during our trip making it clearly evident that he is pissed that we are not obeying his recommendations. Driver refused to drive till the resort in Vagamon even though other vehicles were coming till the resort. I have a full video of the resort with other vehicles parked but our Driver refused to go further and even the resort staff were kind enough to carry our luggage from that point and told us that they will manage as they don't want to engage in an argument with the Driver. Driver made us to wait very often for pickup during sightseeing, he also turned his phone off on day 4 of trip and delayed our trip for the day by more than an hour so we had to skip our sightseeing points. We used just 396km out of 500km because of driver's smart tactics to skip points from our itinerary. Driver also blamed us for booking this resort in Vagamon as there was no driver stay here and asked us to take care meaning in terms of monetary value. Last but not least driver was intimidating and rude and aggressive. He also stopped way before Kochi airport and demanded the full payment to be done as he was sure we might complain or deny full payment due to his rash driving. Though we had no such intentions. But definitely this was our last trip with your team because I specially asked for a polite and friendly driver as I was travelling with my wife and parents who are senior citizens. I had a very good time with Shaji , our last year driver for Munnar trip from your team and this time your arrangement was pathetic and driver gave us a very hard time. We simply waited for the trip to end soon.
