DO NOT go to the restrooms there. They're dirty, very stinky, and locked anyway. All the underpaid staff is frequently on strike. The dereliction of abandoned public services in Lebanon is very visible in such emblematic details. The failed State neglects its administrations completely. But they strictly prohibit entry wearing short pants even in the summer heatwaves, declaring it "indecent attire" by decree! Do as I say, don't do as I do... It is best to avoid altogether needing to resort to the Justice system in this country.
