I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Maya Lama at Baskin Robbins, Al Ain Centre, Mankhool branch, Dubai Maya was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. She went out of her way to assist with genuine kindness and made the entire experience pleasant and memorable. Her professionalism and strong knowledge of her work were clearly evident, and she handled everything with ease and confidence. It’s rare to come across such a combination of friendliness and efficiency, and Maya truly stands out. She is a valuable asset to the team, and her positive attitude reflects wonderfully on the store. Thank you, Maya, for your excellent service.

One of the best places to enjoy your favorite ice cream — with far more options than most other Baskin-Robbins outlets. A relaxed, cozy spot to sit back and savor those delightful flavors.

Maintains the baskin Robbins standards just like the other outlets. However, it is quite a cramped up place. You'll find it difficult to find a place to stand if there are four to five people in the outlet. Staff was friendly and efficient but there was only one person handling the shop which again leads back to the point - Don't visit when too crowded. Ice-creams as every other baskin Robbins ice-cream was yummy. 😁 Do check out the cake options as well.

Shoutout to BR computer plaza! WHEN WE ASKED FOR COFFEE CRUMBLE SHE GAVE ME CHOCOLATE 🤣 AND WHEN I ASKED TO CHANGE SHE SAYS NO!! Hahahaha what kind of staff are you having? She don't even know the flavors!!!

Horrible, terrible experience with this lady named Janet at Baskin Robbins. Had asked for waffle sundae and unfortunately the waffle’s condition was bad, as If it was kept 2 or more days. I had asked the lady to exchange and get some fresh waffles but instead she started giving a death stare for good 2 mins after asking her again and again and then unfortunately she took the sundae and made it warm because she was too lazy to make a fresh one. This how baskin robbins teach their employees and don’t have the basic manners to respect their customers. Note : this is the second bad experience with baskin robbins.

Best taste of ice cream,specially for those who don't like ice cream at all like me

A great ice cream joint but bad service... Visited their outlet on 11th Aug 2021, asked for a regular brownie alamode This product comes in two sizes ever since I've been going there. Regular and large I asked for regular 20 Aed , got charged for large 25. Anyway baskin ice creams are great but when you know customer has asked for regular, you repeat their order... And still charge them for large? That's unfair right? We paid and left... Realized later while analyzing bills that we got charged extra for the regular size.

The almond served as the toping were not fresh & looked like they were in open from many days, rather than being crispy they were chewy. Spoiled the taste of the ice cream. Shop owner was careless about this.

This parlour has seen me since my tantrum-throwing days in childhood, and has still remained as welcoming as always! I tried the Flavour of the Month - Butter Pecan Fudge, and Oh Em Gee it was out of this world! Service was quick and I left this place smiling, as usual!

Mannerless and disrespectful with customers. Yesterday I was there to have an ice-cream when I bought the ice-cream he gave me without the spoon when I asked him for the spoon he gave me very roudly by throwing the spoon on the desk.and also with the flavour he asked me in disrespectful manner. (In city centre Al ghubaiba)

Always best of best of best. Whether food, service or anything. Simply love it. Try Pralines & Cream with kitkat crunches and pistachios as toppings in medium cone.

Great taste. The fruit ice cream mix made was awesome. Scooper Fathima is very talented and sincere.

Horrible service of Priyanka. You should just stay in your house if you dont want to work. 🙄 BR Computer plaza, you should train your staff in a right manner.

Very bad attitude and bad service and bad tune of voice. Both employees were extremely bad, low quality cheap staff. Never coming back here again.

All Time favorite. Please bring back the flavors- rocky road and chocolate trilogy.
