OYO 10518 Kushi Comforts

We stayed there for 3 nights. Check-in was very smooth and rooms were very clean. Bed was comfortable, and wifi worked great too. Hot water was tricky to get working at first, but once I asked the staff to help me, the shower worked absolutely fine. Overall a good budget stay!

Hotel entrance quite confusing. No proper board kept. No security at the entrance. Bad smell in room from toilet.Also, saw cockroach in the room beside the cupboards. Tv most of the channels were locked. Air conditioner did not work properly and was giving unusual sound. Breakfast was late. No balconies or window available in the room. Totally i disliked the stay.

I like this hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Rooms are not so small and no so large or big. Worth price. Staff is also very kind and polite. Bathroom, Ac everything is good.

Very good hotel to stay. Worth the cost. It's a new hotel, hence has new furniture, is clean and well maintained. Staff behaviour is good, breakfast has north indian and south Indian food options and taste good. Location is a little on the interior side, very good option to stay in.

I booked 2 rooms for my family from 3rd to 6th March 2017. Had a very pleasant stay at Kushi Comforts. The staff is really friendly and understanding. Mr. Vara Prasad, the manager allowed us to extend our checkout to 5 PM on request for free of charge. This was really helpful as my parents had the return bus in the evening. Following are the things I liked about the hotel. 1. Clean rooms. 2. Spotless toilets 3. Very courteous staff. 4. Ample parking space 5. Free high quality breakfast at the rooftop restaurant Sky Waft. I was told by the staff that the hotel was inaugurated on 1st of Feb. Therefore I would like to put down some suggestions for you to improve. 1. Seal the toilets like in other hotels and keep it dry for new guests. 2. Clean rooms when we go out during the day. 3. Keep iron boxes and stand available. 4. Provide toothbrush and toothpaste. 5. Make sure you have provided bath towel for each person 6. Maintain a checklist of all things to take care when you make the rooms ready for new guests. Nevertheless, we had an excellent stay. Kushi Comforts will be my first choice in Bangalore from now on!

Comfortable place to stay. Free breakfast was included in our plan and the food was average. Doesn't have a restaurant attached. The restaurant on top floor is a resto bar and is pretty costly so its better to make your own food plans.

The room was spacious and clean. The location is pretty accessible although the hotel isn't easy to notice in traffic. No dental kit was provided. Only body wash liquid was provided.

This hotel doesn't have hot water facility, the hotel service isn't proper. Doesn't provide toiletry kit. Breakfast has only Idli as option. No other meals is served. We can see unexpected guests i.e. insects inside the room.

We stayed at this property for two weeks and had an amazing time. Its location is prime with 3-4 malls within 5-6 kms. Their rooms are well maintained and the staff is courteous. They need to provide 2 complimentary water bottles for a double occupancy room. AC needs to be maintained well. Overall a good place to stay if you work around Bannerghatta/ Jp Nagar. Their free breakfast is below average. They get it from a stall and serve it. Not upto the mark!!! The cut fruit they served for 6-7 days out of 14 days of my stay was water melon and the remaining days there was no cut fruit. The Bread they use for the toast is below average.

Biggest drawback is the lack of room service. You have to order from outside. Centrally located. Swiggy provides a lot of food options. Comfortable rooms. Breakfast available within the hotel. Upkeep of rooms and general service is good.

Quiet and comfortable place....staff is cooperative but you need to ask for help... won't even show you the room unless asked. The breakfast is fine. Overall, it's a value for money hotel.

Good budget hotel. Nice and quiet place to live . Helping and cooperative staff , speaks English, Kannada, Hindi . Hotel situated on 2 Nd floor of the building. Restaurant is situated on 3 rd floor with bar facilities along with that there is a beautiful terrace restaurant.hot n cold water with clean bathrooms, t.v, wifi are also available.

Overall experience in Kushi comforts was really good. But the thing that disappointed me was about the management. There is no well suited manager and I guess a 14 year old boy does the management things with an okay English descent. We actually booked the room online and we were ready to pay it once we get the desired room, but the same boy (manager) after giving the cash, he didn't give the offline. Later when we asked the bill slip, he told us that we would get it in online rather than offline bill. Arey, we paid it offline, atleast offline bill should have given. And they even take 200 RS for early entry changes. So, I'd prefer you guys to book it online than paying it on the spot.

Good and decent place to stay, only breakfast is available, the place is difficult to identify in this traffic. Good hospitality and good service. If food was offered it could have been better

The location is average as it's located deep but if u have a vehicle u can access it . The rooms are not so clean and there was shortage of Towles and even some time they won't provide door mats , services is also average the staffs are average

Amazing ,it's just wow experience with Fab hotel kushi comforts,I would to thank the management and property manager Mr.Prasad for his amazing gesture and hospitality..Rooms are very Nice, neat and clean,with mind blowing pricing.I had a pleasant stay,I would like to recomend for a pleasant stay.I stayed on 6th April,it's very pleasant memories.Finally once again I thank Fab group for their top class Hospitality.

It's awesome hotel small and cozy close to iimb. Rooms are clean. New and Good furniture. Only hot water supply is just tricky.

Value for Money! Check-in was smooth and the stay was pleasant. Location is little bit tricky and the roads are heavily congested during peak hours.

Rooms are excellently maintained and really neat. Breakfast was okay. Booked through Goibibo with good discounts. Budget rooms are available.
