I have been a Satinood customer for the last 10 years and I can firmly say that this is one of the most genuine shops one will ever find. I have bought a Siemens Washing machine , a Dishwasher, a Hob and an Oven from this shop. The products (Siemens) are anyway good but the dealership and especially Mr.Sreenivasan is a great person. They know the product details and are clearly able to articulate he feature differences. The dealership also offers quite competitive prices , gives timely delivery and post sales support. Yes, Siemens comes at a premium price (as compared to most other brands) but if you want a quality product and less after sales hassle, it is worth the money. Very happy with the dealership and the products. Keep up the good service.

As a legacy Siemens brand customer, I walked into the showroom as my decade old washing machine required a replacement. As recommended by the service engineer I was told to visit the closest showroom. To be honest I found no difference in terms of service and quality when compared to a multi faceted store like Croma. Since I was aware Croma offered it at a lower rate they offered a price match of the product. I was promised of fast delivery and set up by purchasing at Satinood but they made no difference. Being a legacy customer at Siemens I was able to get things done quicker. Where as the sales team makes false promises and treats walk in customers with no respect at all. If you have a personal connection with the owners then you get top class service otherwise as a walk in customer they treat you with absolutely no respect. Disappointed that Siemens has chosen a representation for their retail product experience.

I bought a Siemens dishwasher here. Manikandan who helped me has an excellent knowledge of both Siemens and competitor products as well. He is patient, honest and provides excellent advice based on your needs. He goes a long way in keeping promises and ensured that the dishwasher and the installation happened on the same day within a gap of 2 hours. Excellent service and in depth knowledge. I recommend the place for anyone who wishes to purchase Siemens products.

Please don't purchase from this dealer, they are so irresponsible after the sale. We purchased 12 items worth 17 lakhs in that we received one damaged dishwasher. While Installation the technician identified the damage but these people refused to replace or repair, now they are telling us to buy a new one after lot of discussions and arguments with dealer and siemens executive.I am utterly furious and appalled by the appalling service we received from Siemens Dealer Satinood. They have managed to deliver a damaged dishwasher and have the audacity to shift the blame onto us! This whole experience has been a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my frustration with others. First of all, when we initially ordered the 12 items including dishwasher, we had high hopes for a seamless and trouble-free transaction. However, upon receiving the appliance, we were horrified to discover that it was damaged during installation. It was as if they had carelessly thrown it around without any regard for the product's integrity. Naturally, we contacted Siemens Dealer Satinood and company executive Mr.Prashanth immediately to report the issue and request a replacement. Initially they agree to replace the product but to our disbelief, instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they had the nerve to accuse us of causing the damage! How dare they blame us for their incompetence? It is outrageous and completely unacceptable. The customer service representative Prashanth we spoke to were dismissive and unhelpful, lacking any empathy or understanding of the situation. They seemed more interested in shifting blame and avoiding their responsibility than actually providing a satisfactory resolution. It was a frustrating experience filled with infuriating conversations and unfulfilled promises. It is truly disheartening to see a company like Siemens Dealer Satinood tarnish the reputation of a well-known brand like Siemens. I expected better from a dealer representing such a renowned manufacturer. Instead, we were left with a damaged dishwasher, wasted time, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing appliances from Siemens Dealer Satinood to think twice. Their lack of professionalism, terrible customer service, and inability to take responsibility for their mistakes are red flags that cannot be ignored. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and choose a more reliable and customer-oriented company. Siemens Dealer Satinood, you have failed miserably in providing a quality product and satisfactory service. Your arrogance and refusal to own up to your mistakes have left a bitter taste in our mouths. This experience has not only cost us time and money but also our trust in your brand. I sincerely hope that Siemens takes notice of the way their dealer, Satinood, is treating customers. It is high time they hold their partners accountable for their actions and ensure that incidents like ours are not repeated. To summarize, if you value your sanity and your hard-earned money, steer clear of Siemens Dealer Satinood. They are a disgrace to the Siemens brand and an example of how not to treat customers.

I strongly recommend Satinood for Siemens brand purchase - both sreenivasan and Manikandan really understands customer need and provide right advise and recommendation. Even though the product is quite premium but worth to have it.

Apart from the classic showroom and welcoming ambience, the technical knowledge of the staff needs to be appreciated here for a crystal clear explaination and precise briefing on ‘Why Siemens?’, that made me opt not for any other. In fact, my personal experience with other branded home appliances showroom was not satisfactory that I had to get back to Siemens for the pure quality displayed. Also I wanted to kudos Mr. Sathyaseelan for his vast knowledge on the various product, that allowed me to make choices for my need. Likewise Mr. Sreenivasan, for his immense patience and willingness for educating my 80+ years old parents to handle the modern product, which are not as easy as they look.. The showroom is very much accessible and in a prime area. Very neatly maintained. Loved the arrangement of things and the sense of taste in it. The personnel was polite and helpful in all possible ways. I bought a Dish Washer. My need was to transport it to Velankanni and they did it with complete ease. Demo class in Siemens showroom at KB Dasan road was very good. They prepared variety of dishes in front of us not more than 40 mins. Procedure for using the oven was very clear. They made us to taste the dishes too .we are fully satisfied with their services.

The personnel at the showroom were very polite. Mr. Srinivasan with whom we interacted first and then Mr. Manikandan were extremely decent. They did not try to market their products. But at the same time, they explained the features and addressed our concerns. As promised delivery was prompt. I must also mention that deliverymen were professional and they did not expect tips. The demo person Mr Vignesh also was extremely good. He patiently explained all our queries and did not fuss though it took almost an hour. 1 thing is I'd like that in future they inform the type of pipe and the fuse amp required. Our line is tripping due to less power. We r waiting for the electrician to replace the amp.
