Please don't purchase from this dealer, they are so irresponsible after the sale. We purchased 12 items worth 17 lakhs in that we received one damaged dishwasher. While Installation the technician identified the damage but these people refused to replace or repair, now they are telling us to buy a new one after lot of discussions and arguments with dealer and siemens executive.I am utterly furious and appalled by the appalling service we received from Siemens Dealer Satinood. They have managed to deliver a damaged dishwasher and have the audacity to shift the blame onto us! This whole experience has been a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my frustration with others.
First of all, when we initially ordered the 12 items including dishwasher, we had high hopes for a seamless and trouble-free transaction. However, upon receiving the appliance, we were horrified to discover that it was damaged during installation. It was as if they had carelessly thrown it around without any regard for the product's integrity.
Naturally, we contacted Siemens Dealer Satinood and company executive Mr.Prashanth immediately to report the issue and request a replacement. Initially they agree to replace the product but to our disbelief, instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they had the nerve to accuse us of causing the damage! How dare they blame us for their incompetence? It is outrageous and completely unacceptable.
The customer service representative Prashanth we spoke to were dismissive and unhelpful, lacking any empathy or understanding of the situation. They seemed more interested in shifting blame and avoiding their responsibility than actually providing a satisfactory resolution. It was a frustrating experience filled with infuriating conversations and unfulfilled promises.
It is truly disheartening to see a company like Siemens Dealer Satinood tarnish the reputation of a well-known brand like Siemens. I expected better from a dealer representing such a renowned manufacturer. Instead, we were left with a damaged dishwasher, wasted time, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing appliances from Siemens Dealer Satinood to think twice. Their lack of professionalism, terrible customer service, and inability to take responsibility for their mistakes are red flags that cannot be ignored. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and choose a more reliable and customer-oriented company.
Siemens Dealer Satinood, you have failed miserably in providing a quality product and satisfactory service. Your arrogance and refusal to own up to your mistakes have left a bitter taste in our mouths. This experience has not only cost us time and money but also our trust in your brand.
I sincerely hope that Siemens takes notice of the way their dealer, Satinood, is treating customers. It is high time they hold their partners accountable for their actions and ensure that incidents like ours are not repeated.
