Stanza Living Ann Arbor House

Seldom do I give bad reviews… but this is preposterous. My sister has been staying in this facility for a few months and she’s constantly Ill because of the substandard food provided. Rents are charged exorbitantly with the promise of healthy food and it’s been a total waste of money and immense stress to us family members. Further, I hear that the maintenance folks enter the rooms of inmates without informing them and conduct repairs. Despite multiple complaints raised, the management doesn’t do anything to improve facilities. Strongly recommend boycotting this facility if you need peace of mind and health

One of the best PGs in Kochi, clean rooms and calm ambience. Decent food and good service. Good broadband service with consistent speed and latency. Problems related to anything are attended to at the earliest and sorted. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good PG with no night curfew (unless you are a first year student) out here.

Very poor service. Food quality given here is pathetic. Despite repeated complaints from my end and from most inmates here no action has been taken for the last fifteen days ( in my case and many months in case of other residents). When we came and visited the property initially they quoted a rate per room and after I moved in they increased the price and increased my lock in period too. Unbelievably unprofessional team here. It's been only over a month that am here and am facing so many issues concerning the food given here and after interacting with many inmates here I got to know that they have been complaining for a very long time about these issues but every offical here is turning deaf ears and blind eye to them. For name sake they have an app which they pretend they're listening to our issues but today I was shocked to see that the issue that I'd raised two weeks ago was closed without neither addressing it nor informing me about the same. There are also other issues pertaining to housekeeping, security, unprofessional behaviour of the staff here and much more. Fed up of telling the concerned people here about the concerns we're having and no action taken on it, I'd complained yesterday on their corporate number and till this moment no one has even responded to my issues. I strongly recommend people to stay away from this hostel. If there's any rating in negative I'd mark that. I'd mentioned to the staff to whom I spoke yesterday that if this is not resolved then I'll surely post the problems on Google and that's why this long a review. Am hoping that atleast this post will bring the authorities' attention in attending and resolving our problems with food here. P.s. attaching a photo of the uncooked chappathi served for today's ( everyday this is the state of the food) dinner.

ATTENTION ALL After interacting with the inmates it's understood that the quality of food and services is way below standards and this is leading to health issues. Not sure how can you survive in a service industry by maintaining such low standards. Also their way around the sub standards is by imposing a 6 month lock-in period and making the inmates feel helpless and miserable.

My sister stays in Ann Arbor House, she is very Happy with the services provided by stanza living. There ambience is so peaceful and even staff interaction is best.

My sister has been complaining of the issues regarding the food quality there for a very long time now along side other maintenance issues and despite her review posted here its shocking to know that the authorities have not initiated any action on this regard. TAKE ACTION. They are all paying huge hotels fees.

Budget-friendly stay for students..all amenities are mostly inclusive of prices..great quality food..better than hostel and awesome management.

It's very nice and The facilities are very good, especially they are providing housekeeping, wifi and clean place to stay comparing to another hostels. highly recommend

Affordable and well-equipped PG with a pleasant atmosphere, cleanliness and helpful staff with good helpful nature.

The place is not as per the picture shown in the app it's very un hygiene and other hostels are better than this place
