We recently booked a tempo traveler for a 3 day trip to Wayanad. The booking process was seamless and the coordinator, Sreejesh, was patient, reasonable and very helpful. Our driver, Aswin, was polite and punctual, with good knowledge of local routes. His driving was smooth and safe and he gave us useful suggestions about the places we wanted to visit. The driver was cooperative as well, accepting late itinerary changes without issue. The traveler itself was comfortable, well-maintained and featured an amazing sound system that we thoroughly enjoyed throughout the trip. The only issue we found was that communication with the driver was a bit tricky at times. We were told we would have an English-fluent driver at booking but our driver only spoke Malayalam, which we didn't understand being tourists. This caused a few minor miscommunications and we all had to repeat ourselves multiple times to convey information. But overall, we were very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Thumbi travels.
