Very pathetic experience! Today I went there to buy icecream. In shop the AC was kept OFF and very hot inside. I bought one 450g black currant Icecream. My home was just 1 km away from the shop. After reaching home I opened the tub and found that its already melted. Ohh... So poor service!!!

I recently visited this store and had a very good experience. The staff guided me properly, the product quality was good, and billing was quick. The store atmosphere was pleasant and well maintained. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and would recommend others to shop here.

Has great variety of flavors. All the latest new introduced products are available. Amazing customer service and great ambience to hang around with friend or family for a cup of happiness.

Rating this outlet a mere 1 star for the portion size delivered and also the quality. Did’nt expect brand like BR will have such a low grade quality product seems like other outlets unsold products are being delivered and served at Bavdhan outlet. Disappointed and not recommended.

It's mentioned that It's open 24hours but I went on 12:15PM, still staff said no right now we are not operative come after 1PM.

Visited this Baskin Robbins outlet recently. It’s a small outlet with decent seating and the staff were polite and friendly. The portion sizes were good for the price, but personally I found the ice creams way too sweet. One of the flavors had such a strong sugar hit that I literally had to throw it away halfway through. The quality and taste did not really match the expectations that come with the Baskin Robbins brand name. Overall, an average experience for me.
