My buying experience was great, I was scared from buying online at first but via whatsapp they sent me pictures of the actual plants in real life and i got to choose the heights I would need. Delivery was smooth and the staff were professional in setting the plants. The plants received were well maintained and clean and the ceramic pots were clean and above the planting mix they put small pebbles giving a well rounded look. They also told me they do on delivery refund in case anything comes damaged during the delivery, however i made no returns since all plants were perfect. What a wonderful experience and wonderful plants.

The plants are lovely i love all them i ordered 11 plants i love every single one of them on top of that i also recieved a very good service from their whatsapp agent where they gave a good diwcount as well and the delivery was so smooth and i recieved the plants before i expected it. I recently had a dozen medium and large plants and trees repotted with fresh soil. Favas has expert knowledge on all plants and educated me on their care. He was clean and easy to be around. The best part is that my kids were able to get their hands in the dirt and help replant some of them. We all had a lot of fun and the service was worth every penny. I’ll call them again when care needs topping up.

Misleading product + shockingly rude customer service I ordered a 20L bag of potting soil and received a small bag that weighed only 5.45kg — nowhere near what a genuine 20L mix should be. Even lightweight indoor soil typically weighs 8–12kg for 20L, so what I received is clearly closer to 10L at best. When I raised this concern, the response was not helpful or professional. Instead I was immediately told “20 liter is not 20kg, please Google and check,” in a dismissive tone that undermined my intelligence. Rather than addressing the actual issue (that the bag is clearly underfilled), the representative chose to be condescending instead of solution-oriented. 1. The product looks nothing like the advertised 20L commercial bag 2. I was told I must pay AED 15 pickup fee to return an item that was misrepresented in the first place. Customers shouldn’t need to argue basic measurements or be spoken to like they’re ignorant for asking a reasonable question. I expected professionalism, not sarcasm and deflection. I would strongly advise buying plant goods elsewhere unless you enjoy being short-changed and then lectured about it. Attached is photo reference 😊

After a terrible experience with another online provider in Dubai (that has B-e-t-t-e-r in its name, be warned!), the team at Plantsworld came through and delivered 8 fantastic pots and plants with a day's notice. The agent I worked with was named Uresha - a very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff member. The delivery and set up team were equally professional and great. Overall - if you're looking for a reputable company to hire for your plant needs, I strongly recommend these guys!

I've got some amazing plants! Great quality for reasonable price. Three stars because of poor customer service. The first delivery was good because they asked to leave feedback, but my possible second one didn't happen. My request was pending for whole working day, and nobody cared to get back to me for update. Never will deal with that plant shop any more.
