My favorite gym in Kuwait. Great water views , easy access, not too busy, and we'll maintained. Has a smoothie bar , supplement store , cafe and trolley.

Unique location, excellent training equipments, and amazing cardio room view. It has a private beach 🌊 and amazing swimming 🏊 pool. Also available there steam room. sauna and private lockers 🔐 Finding a car parking at night is a bit challenging . Love the mini market (Trolley Convenience Store).

I was sunbathing on the beach and a bug came on me twice, it was like a tick. The inside of the ice machines is dirty. I told the reception that I would like this place to be cleaned urgently by the staff. Ümit ceylan

Nice gym. However personal trainers don’t approach their work with sincerity. Many trainers just tell u what to do and leave u to train alone without being present while you are training. Cannot recommend personal training here.

One of the best GYMs in Ahmadi with multi story building containing Swimming pool, whirlpool, complete professional equipment if you want to prepare for Mr Olympia 😊. Trainers and coaches are really professional and friendly with all people, despite the slight expensive charges for private training, it worth it and happy to be with them for one year. Thanks to Captain Shukry my private coach and who really became a close friend after short period of time.

Great place and great staff. It is some of the gym goers that makes the experience bad either hording multiple machines or spending time talking infront of the machine without using it for 10 minutes.

Beautiful gym right next to the sea that has all the equipment you need plus some. Sauna, steam room, cold plunge, pool, private beach area. 8KD for a day pass!

I enjoyed being a member here. Sad to see it close together with Sharq Mall and other small businesses across the Sharq seafront.

Best gym in Kuwait, please don’t let the receptionist train in same time with members , this is not appropriate!! , that’s the black spot in the white page but still best gym in Kuwait

Gimnasio que cuenta con todo tipo de comodidades; piscina de nado, lúdica, jacuzzi, agua fría.... sauna, baños turcos, gran sala de máquinas, sala de cardio, zona de CrossFit y hasta con una playa privada en la que se puede hacer kayak. Es caro, pero merece la pena.

This Gym has all the right equipment. It gets busy at peak hours so avoid them if you can.

Location is great. Summer they open up to kids but otherwise it is one of the best on kuwait

I have been a member of Platinum Health Club for over 10 years, and while I appreciate the time I’ve spent here, I must express my growing dissatisfaction. The facilities and equipment are noticeably outdated and in serious need of renewal. For a club that has been around for so long, it’s disappointing to see very little effort being made to upgrade the experience for long-term members like myself. Many machines are either not functioning properly or lack the modern features available in most other gyms today. Parking has also become a major issue. On weekday afternoons and weekend evenings, finding a spot is almost impossible. This makes it incredibly inconvenient, especially when I’m already pressed for time after work or on weekends. It’s disheartening to see the club not prioritize improvements for loyal members. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and invests in updating both the facilities and the overall experience. Otherwise, I’m not sure how much longer I can continue as a member.

It has a 25m swimming pool which is very rare in Kuwait

Pretty good gym with great beach view Limited parking area but free valet and always available empty parking spot The gym have great location, big swimming pool and private beach. Not that much people working out at the same time Unfortunately, the building is very old, the exercises machines are near to each other u wont walk and workout comfortably The couches are much moody and won't help or advice easily The price for normal month membership is 60 KD but they have many offers and discounts
