Horrible customer service. I have 3 tickets booked for different events and due to the current situation in the Middle East we won’t be able to make it (and the events have been postponed). They are supposed to refund me, it’s been a week and they are still trying to avoid it. No replies. Or they say we will check with the team and get back to you in 48 hours and no one does. In times like these you truly know which businesses really care about their customers and which don’t and this one is one of those unfortunately. It is very obvious they try to get away from the refunds and there is a huge miscommunication between their teams. Honestly horrible experience.

if i could put zero i would, I am extremely disappointed with Platinumlist and their handling of my refund request for Expo Iftar Souq tickets in Dubai. I purchased the tickets because my mum was planning to visit Dubai. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing war and the very scary and uncertain situation, her flights were cancelled and she can no longer travel. This is completely outside of our control. I contacted Platinumlist explaining the situation and even offered to provide proof of her flight cancellation. Instead of showing any understanding or compassion given the current global circumstances, they simply referred to their policy and refused to issue a refund. We are living in very difficult and unpredictable times. When flights are being cancelled and safety is a genuine concern, companies should be willing to show at least some flexibility or empathy toward their customers. Their rigid response and lack of customer care during such a serious situation has been extremely disappointing. Because of this experience, I will not be using Platinumlist again and would caution others to be aware of their strict no-refund policy before booking.

I purchased the tickets for Miracle garden through the app and the prices were low and it was so easy to book and the tickets got delivered to my email the very next moment of making payment. It was very convenient. Only issue was ticket delivery through whatsapp/sms was auto ticked and I didn't notice it to untick and a minimum amount got charged for that.

I am extremely disappointed with this event. I specifically bought these tickets to celebrate New Year’s at Burj Khalifa, and I did not pay this amount of money just to see the back of the tower instead of the front view. We could have stayed outside on the street for free and had a much better view of the tower and the screen. We could not even properly see the Burj Khalifa show. Another major issue was the entertainment. I am Arab, and I did not pay this price to watch only Indian performances. On top of that, the same show was repeated twice, which made it feel unprofessional and poorly planned. Regarding the food, it was extremely overpriced for what was offered. We paid a lot just to get small food samples, not a proper meal. The same food from the same brands could be bought outside the event for a much lower price. This felt like pure exploitation. What made the experience even worse was the misinformation at the entrance. We arrived early to check the event location and organization and asked the staff if we could enter, then leave to Dubai Mall, and come back again. We were clearly told yes, no problem. Later, when we actually tried to leave, we were suddenly told that if we exit, we are not allowed to re-enter. This should have been clearly communicated from the beginning. Because of this, we ended up wasting an entire day sitting inside with nothing to do. There was also a serious lack of seating. There were very few inflatable cushions (bean bags), not even close to enough for the number of attendees — maybe around 15% only. Most of us had to sit on the grass; it was cold, uncomfortable, and there was no proper seating area at all. Overall, the entire experience felt poorly organized, misleading, and focused only on extracting money rather than providing value. This was not worth the price at all, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

One of the worst customer service organizations I’ve dealt with. I signed up for their PLUS paid subscription membership which is supposed to give you benefits and discounts. Bought 3 tickets to the Dubai Burger Championship using this so-called discount of 25% of std ticket, and nowhere do they mention that removes the voucher of 50% off the first food order at the event, which is double the value of their sham discount. I only found out when I arrived at the event. When checking out it doesn’t mention this anywhere, and the only way to know is to go open separate links and examine and compare the fine print manually. This is absurd. There is no point to even offer a negative discount for paid subscribers. As you can see all the other complaints about their customer service, they could care less, do not even understand the customer concern, and do nothing but blame the customer for their absurd and nonsensical offer. Mohab in particular was completely useless in his responses and refused to give me even a path of escalation to a higher manager. Somehow in the same day he identified himself as shift lead and then suddenly was promoted to customer service manager when I asked for an escalation. Worse than useless responses and only added to the needless frustration. No number to call to speak to a human and refusal to even escalate when requested. What kind of company is this???

I am dissatisfies on the respond of the management regarding my purchased of courtside tickets in the mubadala abudhabi open. They have announced the schedule match on Feb 01 and we purchased the tickets according to their schedule. They have changed the schedule and not refunding nor changing the tickets date. Unbelievable! The least thing that you can do is be considerate! Courtside tickets price are no joke!😡😡😡🎂

⚠️ WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMERS ⚠️ This place has extremely unfair and unethical ticket policies. I booked 3 tickets and informed them in advance that I could not attend due to an emergency. Instead of offering a refund or reschedule, they demanded that I PAY AGAIN for 3 new tickets just to “qualify” for a refund of the old ones. This is ridiculous, exploitative, and unacceptable. You cannot force customers to double pay for your mistake or rigid policy. If you value your money and peace of mind, think twice before booking here.

Heartless and Unacceptable Platinumlist’s handling of my case was shockingly inhumane. I am almost 9 months pregnant and got urgently hospitalised with severe anemia and related complications just days before the event. I provided full medical documentation proving I was medically prohibited from traveling or attending the concert. Despite this being a serious medical emergency, Platinumlist refused any refund, credit, or exception , hiding behind rigid “final sale” policies while showing zero empathy or human judgment. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold, leaving customers completely unprotected when real life happens. This resulted in a significant financial loss during an already distressing medical situation. Repeated apologies mean nothing when there is no compassion or fairness behind them. I will never use Platinumlist again and strongly warn others against ever dealing with them. The worst customer experience of my life by far.

My experience with this service was extremely disappointing. I arrived at the match with a valid booking, yet at the gate the ticket simply would not scan. Instead of providing proper support or trying to solve the issue, one of the staff members started shouting and even asked security to remove me in a very disrespectful manner. On top of that, I had also purchased another ticket and never received any confirmation email or barcode for it, which meant I could not use it at all. So I ended up paying for tickets that I was never able to use. What made the situation even worse is that the company later claimed that “no customer was turned away,” which is completely untrue in my case. I was denied entry despite doing everything correctly and paying in full. This level of unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I expect the company to take responsibility, review what happened seriously, and ensure that no customer is treated this way again.

No tickets received despite having confirmation. Raised a case and waited 48 hours for a response. Show is in 4 hours and been told it takes 24 hours to sort. Going to have a very disappointed daughter when I cant watch her show due to Platinumlist Update: Accused by Platinumlist of selling the tickets to 2 different people. They said 'nothing we can do to resolve.this'. Then messaged me 15 minutes after the show started to say that we could attend!!! On tickets that I had apparently sold to someone else. Missed my daughter winning the competition and now Platinumlist refusing to contact me to explain their mistake. Absolutely shocking

Amazing experience and service. You can find all kind of activities you would enjoy. The only watch out is not to buy a ticket that might cancel. They will never ever refund your money unless the show got canceled. I had 2 experience with them where I had emergency but they didn’t refund or even try to understand my situation despite I shared proof of urgent business travel. If you are 100% confident to attend, you will enjoy their service, otherwise you would waste your money (even if your ticket is VIP).

Beware of their cancellation policy, it is completely inflexible and feels very inhuman. They only allow refunds if the event is fully cancelled or if you are in a life-threatening emergency that requires hospitalization. Many customers have genuine reasons for needing to cancel, and a reputable platform should show more understanding and flexibility.

I am writing to express my complete shock at the level of incompetence and disorganization at your event. For a company that charges premium prices, what you delivered was absolutely unacceptable. There was no proper parking, forcing me and my fiancee to walk nearly 15 minutes before even reaching the venue. This is a basic requirement for any event, and your failure here already shows a lack of planning and care. Your staff were rude, untrained, and completely unprofessional, from traffic management to ticket checking. Their attitude alone was enough to ruin the experience. I arrived early and when I reached inside the section where my ticket booked I figured out there's no set, so I decided to upgrade my ticket, your team told me my ticket had already been scanned and that I must buy a full new ticket. This is a failure of your system and your staff. After unnecessary arguments and calling a supervisor, the issue was finally fixed—but it should never have happened in the first place I will pay extra money for higher category not ask for less price. The concert then started 1 hour and 45 minutes late, showing zero respect for people’s time. I traveled from Abu Dhabi and planned my schedule properly, yet your company clearly did not. Because of this delay, I could not enjoy the full concert despite paying a high price for the experience. The seating was uncomfortable, the environment was exhausting, and the entire event felt like a burden instead of entertainment. Leaving the venue required another long walk because of your poor logistics. Overall, the event was a complete failure from beginning to end. You charged premium prices for a service far below even basic standards. This experience destroyed what should have been an enjoyable night. I expect a serious response and a clear explanation of how you plan to fix such major organizational failures

Disappointing. Lack ACTUAL customer support that solve problems. Charge you for bizarre things. Don't deliver on technical support. They kept promising to fix an app issue with my tickets for 5 days and completely failed in resolving a simple ask. ORDER: 30053480 as requested!

I booked two tickets for the New Year’s Eve event at Mövenpick Hotel Muscat through this company, and it was a very disappointing experience. The event was poorly organized, seating was chaotic, and the food quality was bad. Most importantly, the Lebanese singer who was advertised did not attend, and we were not informed at all. This shows a lack of professionalism and credibility. I do not recommend dealing with these organizers.

My experience with them has been the most stressful experience so far. I have purchased a ticket for Sole DXB and it’s very unfortunate I won’t able to attend because I had an ACL surgery . I have reached out to them multiple times about refunding the ticket and they said they have successfully processed the refund. When I checked my calendar I still had my ticket to sole dxb which was never cancelled. I followed up with them multiple times and their response time is so poor that they themselves end the conversation without resolving. I am trying to help them provide all the proofs needed, I need someone to get in touch with me to resolve this issue. Overall DISAPPOINTING!

I bought a ticket with guarantee refund. After two days I noticed that I have urgent business trip. I try reach customer support. They are not unswerving with one or two days. None give me any information. Just asking about my details and disappeared. No response. And no phone number to call customer support. Just chat via application or via WhatsApp. But no proper response from them.

BAD SERVICE / DONT HIRE / FAKE I had my event on November 2025 in Dubai. Now almost one month and half but as of now they are unable to provide event day ticket statement. They provide us a client login and by the time event end we had more than 1600 tickets sold out. But next day morning they said its only 1300 tickets sold out and it was a system error. They manage the wrist bands as well and the balance wristbands count matched to 1600 ticket sale. These people are fake. We will proceed a police case ASAP
