Had a really nice experience at Plus Point Shop WTC. Shaliya was super friendly and helpful, made everything easy and stress-free. She took the time to explain things and helped me find exactly what I needed. Really appreciate her service 😊 definitely recommend!

On multiple occasions I’m harassed to leave a 5 star review. I’ve been called 4 times this evening to complain about my review on instashop. There are better ways to do business guys and a customers review is up to them not for you to harass them for.

I love PlusPoint Market, a small shop located near metro World Trade Centre and close to hotel Conrad. The location of the shop is very convenient for me as it is just a short walk from my office. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the prices at PlusPoint Market are quite affordable compared to other shops in the area. . The staff at PlusPoint Market are also very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Saranya, Jasir, Prathiba, they were able to assist me in finding what I was looking for and even provided some recommendations for other products that I might be interested in. The customer service at this shop is top-notch and I always feel welcome whenever I visit. . Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at PlusPoint Market. The location, prices, a wide selection of diverse items and staff all make this shop a great place to shop. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a convenient and budget-friendly shopping experience.

The services provided by Saliha at plus point market at food corner are very satisfied. She deals with customers in very nice and polite way. Food is also fresh and healthy there. I love the tea there. Highly recommend.

They need to be careful about dairy products but apart from that very good service .. The cashier mahima is the sweetest with best customer service skills

I arrived with my own bag to carry my fruits and the staff insisted it had to be in a wasteful plastic bag. I am very disappointed how little regard they had for wasting plastic like this

Vary bed service who take online orders day time he don't know how to talk our customer he vary bed talking If we order something he said 40 minutes 1 hours 1 time I order tea I order morning time I was receiving evening 4 clock after 6 Hours he send tea to please change him or tell him to remember everything vary bad
