We ordered 2 teddies for our graduation ceremony. It was absolutely amazing experience. Because I didnt see any service that allow this much of customization. I selected all the colors to match with our outfits. Final product is lovely and we both adore them. They didnot just design with colors I selected. They sent me several color shades also to select. I have ordered a teddy to my wife s graduation. The teddy was finished nicely. Although I have to tell that the lady who communicated with me via WhatsApp is lack of knowledge on how to offer a proper customer service to her clients. I respect to her that she accepted my order on Sunday and delivered on the following day evening. But she took a long time to reply. Even she cut my calls that I took that calls to check the update on my order. That was really disgraceful.She don't know how to deal with her clients properly. The client doesn't matter that how you do your business by your own or with the assistance with someone which is not appear to the client. Somehow you have to manage it . Anyway the teddy is good finished though based on the negative attitude given i m not recommend this place to anyone.
