PNC Bank

Horrible bank. Robber me over 1300$ with pending transactions posting over the weekend. I have screenshots of available balances multiple times a day. Proof that money is taken out right as the purchase is made. Statements lie. They say it's your fault. Purchases in the negative when it is literally impossible for me to do that. But the transactions say I do I screen shots for over 4 months with proof that they're lieing. They're monopoly. Taking advantage of the people who can't afford to go against the bank. How many others are they doing this too??

Worst bank branch. Atms never work. There's always a wait. Can't deposit money can't take money out. I've been saying im going to switch banks for 2 yrs now lol. I'm seriously thinking of doing so.

Fraud can be done to your account And they do absolutely nothing about it. They Transfer you to like 50 different people even if you have proof and nothing gets done I wouldn’t recommend this bank for nothing in the world. So just be aware The customer service for fraud prevention is ridiculous and won’t help. Also they will mess up your credit

This location sucks now. Sometimes they are fast but that seems only to selective people. Other than that slow. A deposit shouldn't take 5 minutes or more when you are the only person inside the building or drive thru. I have been to other places and have been in and out under 2-3 minutes.They need to bring back the staff from a few years ago or get people who are willing for that 5 star service

FIVE STARS! Seriously, PNC Bank, you guys are AMAZING! I just had the best experience ever at my branch, and it's all thanks to Jose! He was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. He went above and beyond to help me out, and I left feeling so happy and taken care of. Jose is a rockstar! If you need a banker, ask for Jose! Best customer service I've ever had at a bank. PNC, you've got a winner!

Drive-thru service is very slow I waited in one line and then I moved to the second line and then total i wasted more than 20+minutes in lost time. On what should have been a drive through quick transaction of no less than 10 minutes, went to Austin location and was in and out in 5 mins!

Something is always broken, their service is slow and bad, their hours are terrible, and PNC as a bank just sucks. Their app and website are super clunky and don’t work half the time, there’s very little benefits to even having PNC, and the overdraft fees are INSANE. I’m closing this account as soon as I can because it’s been nothing but a headache for years.

Went to this bank after my mom passed to close account. 3 estate affidavits later still no account closed because who was helping me didn’t know how to fill affidavit paper work out so there was always something missing. Chase helped fill paper work out and sent it in 1 time. Then this last time when I got called person just sounded defeated like he didn’t even wanna try anymore stating he didn’t u der stand what the legal team wanted. Then ask for help or get someone eles hands on it???!!! Had to go to another branch in western springs to get the help I actually needed. Make sure your staff is trained to do what thier title includes because this is a month me and my child went without fund to help keep a roof over our heads and it’s just sad that it seems he couldn’t or didn’t ask for help!!!

ZERO customer appreciation. I was informed today I can't deposit the same checks I've been bringing to this bank for years! PNC has a new rule, effective January. It's March! I have several accounts there. I've been a customer for years. Doesn't matter to PNC.

Made the horrible mistake of stopping at their ATM to withdraw some cash. The machine ate my debit card and of course PNC can’t do anything because they don’t own the machines. As a BOA customer I am now extremely grateful for their digital payment atms.

The most friendly branch. The tellers are very hard working. The bankers are nothing but courteous. The manager is a great problem solver. Overall this branch is the best one.

ATM's are constantly faulty or do not work at all. For the past 2 weeks I've pulled into the drive up ATM's and they are faulty or not working at all. Time to bank somewhere more reliable!

Berwyn's PNC.. Always had trouble depositing my checks at the ATM. ATM never works. I liked Lagrange PNC. But now they closed permanently.now idk where to go.

Extremely slow. Always a wait — needs more staff. And there is always some problem or confusion around some simple request. Today I couldn’t even withdraw from the ATM.
