A building that hosts to establishments, The Culinarium Bar Restaurant and Pony Craft Store, this is easily noticeable near Ketti Valley, Ooty Coonoor road. Plenty of parking space available down the shop. Great ambiance

I visited the Pony Craft Store recently and really liked the quality of their products — especially the yarns and crochet hooks. The store is nicely located and well-organized. The only thing I wished for was a wider variety of options in-store, but they mentioned that more products are available on their website, which is great. A good place to explore for anyone interested in crochet/Knitting/macrame/crafting.

I have a very sentimental relationship with Pony. I learnt to crochet with my mom's 30+ years old crochet needle from Pony which is still in an excellent state. Their quality is superior. No wear offs. No rashes to skin. Its not just a buy but an investment and totally can be handed over to your kids or grandkids as a souvenir.

Had a very bad experience shopping on 19-10-25. The lady at the store who also billed the items bought was extremely rude and unprofessional. I shopped for almost 5k basic packing and carry bags were also not provided . “She was like you shopped so u better figure out how you are going to carry all of these”. For everything that was asked her answer was we don’t have it. I ended up showing her look u have it inside the draw . Please keep someone who will be ready to assist people who walk into your store who is willing to guide and help. Great shop with horrible employees.

We stopped for lunch at the cullinariun and visited this store. It's a cute little store for your art and craft supplies. They have a lot of stuff for knitting and stitching materials apart from others. They are a little pricey though. Nevertheless, must visit for art lovers.

One if it's kind, this store has everything you need to knit. From accessories to yarns, buttons, ribbons, shopping bag, etc. Their other branch is in Bangalore. They've high quality imported yarns and they also give classes if one wishes to learn knitting. In-store experience is wonderful and I can't control stepping in every time I'm around. Jennifer is a great help and a very sweet person. Also Sushila aunty is very welcoming to teach. Just book a class either online or in person with her.

An all exclusive Pony store to satisfy one's stitching, weaving, crocheting and more alike desires from Pony's product lineup (needles, safety pins, buttons and more). You can find woolen rolls and threads for all the color range and quality is maintained. The store is situated just opposite to a petrol pump and directions can be confusing at times due to road bends. Beautiful store both inside and out. There's a good restaurant as well and what a view from parking just amazing 😍. Payment is via cash card and UPI.

Loved this place. The idea behind the store was also to create a nice space for crafters. The vibes are great and so is the stuff they keep.

The yarn variety is different. And who can be disappointed with pony needles. Craft heaven.

Great collection of Wool threads & crochet 🧶 knitting tools.

A shop for people interested in cloth stitching related items like threads of all types, knitting, crotia etc. Some imported items also are on sale. There is a restaurant in the same property and plenty of parking is available.

I purchased macrme yard and wool from the Pony store. they billed me incorrectly. intead of charging me for 4 VALS they charged for 8. The purchase was made on 10th july 2025. Invoice RTL?2025/894

Scam website . Bought knitting needles from their online website. Total scam. The have written the description of needles as aluminium,but sent the plastic ones. Their return policy says you can everything with in 2days of delivery. However the whole website has no return option on the page. When contacted the WhatsApp number, their contact person didn't know their own website rules and didn't replied for those 2 days instead of helping.

I have always had an amazing experience at their store in Ketti in the Nilgiris and I have also purchased materials from their website. They have been very accommodating and helpful to the best of their capabilities. From the minutest accessories to even buying childrens’ dresses (purchased by my sister). I have always bought wool from them to knit and so has my mom. Their choices in Crochet materials are also very good. One of my favourites is their colourful safety pins, which can be used even to match your sarees or clothes. I have always been happy with their choice & love all the colours they provide. Overall, My family & I are happy customers and quite loyal towards Pony.

Love the location. The store is great for knitters. They have lots of options and accessories for knitting. They also have options for gifting. It's a 10 year old store but very well maintained. The parking lot is large and has some amazing views.
