Worst and deceiting staff. Recently, I visited this shop to purchase a mobile to avail a festival offer which they touted everywhere. One of the staff in pretext of initial setup of mobile created an Gmail ID in my name without my consent and gave authorization to third party apps use my private content. When I tried to delete that account it was impossible as they hadnt shared password with me. And about the festival offer touted was also fake. The accessories they were giving in offer price was available online at lower rates than they offered. My advice is to be cautious and agile when you visit this store particularly about the staff.

(DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE!) ನಾನು ಈ ಪೂರ್ವಿಕ್ ಸ್ಟೋರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ (ಕುವೆಂಪುನಗರ, ಮೈಸೂರು) OnePlus Neckband ಖರೀದಿಸಲು ಹೋಗಿದ್ದೆ. ಇದರ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಬೆಲೆ ₹1,299, ಆದರೆ ಇವರು ನನ್ನಿಂದ ₹1,799 ಬಿಲ್ ಮಾಡಿ ₹500 ಅಧಿಕ ಹಣ ವಸೂಲಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ (Invoice: GIS/2MYS/9107). ನಾನು ಈ ಬೆಲೆ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜರ್ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಉದ್ಧಟತನದಿಂದ ವರ್ತಿಸಿದರು. "ಒಮ್ಮೆ ಬಿಲ್ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ನಾವು ಏನೂ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ, ನೀವು ಎಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಬೇಕಾದರೂ ಹೋಗಿ ದೂರು ನೀಡಿ" ಎಂದು ಬೇಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಾನು ಹಣ ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ್ದರೂ ಆ ವಸ್ತುವನ್ನು ಸ್ಟೋರ್‌ನಲ್ಲೇ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಬಂದಿದ್ದೇನೆ, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಈ ಹಗಲು ದರೋಡೆಯನ್ನು ನಾನು ಒಪ್ಪುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಗೆ ಮರ್ಯಾದೆಯೂ ಇಲ್ಲ, ಸರಿಯಾದ ಬೆಲೆಯೂ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಸ್ಟಾಫ್ ಮತ್ತು ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜರ್ ನಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ರೀತಿ ತುಂಬಾ ಕೆಟ್ಟದಾಗಿದೆ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹಣ ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದರೆ ಈ ಸ್ಟೋರ್‌ಗೆ ಹೋಗುವ ಮೊದಲು ಎರಡು ಬಾರಿ ಯೋಚಿಸಿ. So called manager showing too much attitude and doesn’t know how to speak to customer, I had purchased phone previously here and went to buy 1 more for my SIL but I have not been treated well with unnecessary attitude. I’ll never visit the store in Akshay Bandar again for sure.
