“Even one star is too much”
From some time, we have been trying to contact your agency to book a test drive appointment.
The first time we visited the showroom, we were informed that an appointment was required. One of the staff members acted as if he was taking our name and details to book an appointment for Sunday. However, when we later called to confirm, we were told that there was no appointment under our name at all.
We were then told that someone would call us back, which unfortunately never happened. When we called again to request a test drive booking, we were suddenly informed that no appointment is required and that we could simply walk into the showroom and test drive the car directly.
This inconsistency is very confusing, as each time we contact your team, we receive different and conflicting information. I explained the entire situation to the staff member, and once again, I was told that someone would call me back — which, as usual, did not happen.
At this point, I would like to understand what is going on with your customer service. You are a well-known company, yet the level of service we experienced was extremely disappointing. Even at the agency itself, some employees behave arrogantly, which is unacceptable and unprofessional for a company of your reputation.
