I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service I received at this Porsche workshop. It’s truly shocking to experience such poor customer service from a brand of this caliber. I expected professionalism and efficiency when bringing in my car, but instead, I was met with rudeness and a complete lack of respect. The process is beyond frustrating months just to get an appointment, and then more delays just to run a basic check-up on a car that has no issues. It feels like the focus is more on charging customers than actually providing value or care. I genuinely felt like I was paying for nothing. I specifically had a very unpleasant experience with Sarfraz Ahmad. His attitude was unprofessional and dismissive, making an already frustrating process even worse. I hope Porsche seriously re-evaluates the service standards at this location because this is not the experience anyone should have with a premium brand.
