We visited poshak and had a pleasant experience at the place. The collection is too exquisite for all the wedding and party outfits. The staff was also very supportive especially Mr. Bhajan Bishnoi.

Very bad experience and false commitments. They assured me that a new piece would be made as per my measurements, but at the time of delivery, they provided an old piece that had already been tried by many people. The tailor (master) was not experienced at all. Especially Mr. Atmaram ji—he lacks basic manners and does not know how to speak to a woman. Mr. Mohit Goyal and the staff ganged up on me without even listening to my side. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

⚠️ Warning – Please Read Before Buying from This Shop Guys, please be extremely careful. The owner of this shop, Mr. Mohit Goyal, is highly misleading and dishonest in his dealings. Almost every word told to customers is false. First of all, this is NOT a couture store as they claim. The outfits are simply sourced from Navjeevan shops, nothing exclusive or custom-made. Secondly, they assure customers that a fresh piece will be ordered and delivered in 15 days to 1 month. This is a complete lie. No new order is placed at all. The same trial piece is kept in the store, shown to multiple customers repeatedly until the delivery date, and only then handed over—by which time it is old, worn out, and in terrible condition. This exact thing happened with my sister. We purchased 5 dresses and were given a delivery timeline of 15–20 days. When we went to collect them, all the outfits were badly damaged and unusable. We requested an exchange, but Mr. Mohit Goyal flatly refused and arrogantly said, “Lena hai to yahi lo, warna chhod do.” With wedding dates just around the corner, we were forced to accept because we had no other option. This is a clear case of cheating, false promises, and unprofessional behavior. Please think 100 times before investing your hard-earned money here—especially for weddings or important occasions.

I bought a lehenga from this store for my sister and I really had a great experience. I visited a few stores in Jaipur before visiting this store and was not happy with the price when compared to the quality of their pieces there, although I was quickly able to make a decision here. The quality was good, and the lehenga looked expensive for what the actual price was. The owner was a gentleman and helpful in assisting me in deciding on the right piece. I happily and highly recommend this store.

Today I visited with my mom to see my bridal lehenga. First thing the staff ask is you want to final the lehenga and just after showing the 1st lehanga the staff asked whether we would like to finalise it or not. Extremely rude staff. They hardly show more than 2-3 lehangas in span of 20 mins and expect us to finalise in 2 minutes. The shop is neither customer friendly and makes the middle class customer very uncomfortable. This store also does not have such an exquisite collection and there are many many better options at even better prices in Jaipur. As we are localities from Jaipur only so we do have a fair idea now about where to go and where not to for purchasing such expecting clothes.

The customer service from Bhajan bhaiya is outstanding – the team is very responsive and helpful in solving each question. My lehenga is delivered on time and exceeded my expectations with quality and material!

I’ve read all the comments below and completely agree — we had a very similar experience. We purchased an item for around ₹23,000, only to find the exact same dress being sold for just ₹8,000 at Aari Tari. The shop owner was extremely rude, and it’s clear they’ve been misleading customers for years. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this shop. There are many better options in Jaipur where you can get quality products at fair prices.

**Beware! Fraudulent business practices!** I had an extremely disappointing experience with this shop. They advertise stunning designer lehengas, but what they deliver is nothing short of a scam—a cheap, low-quality version that looks nothing like what was promised. And it’s not just me—this is their regular scheme! They mislead customers with fancy pictures and then send substandard products that are nowhere near worth the money. When confronted, they offer excuses but no real solution. Do NOT fall for their deception. If you value honesty and quality, avoid this shop at all costs!

Don't buy anything from the shop, they didn't deliver my dress on time. It was my own wedding function for which I need to change the dress at the last moment. And also they are selling RS 5000 lehenga at Rs 43000. They have very common collection you can easily find the complete collection in the whole market. Also they will show you few pieces and they will say that you have to select from these only , and from them also they will say that this piece is sold out and we can make another piece for you.

I had the worst customer experience with this shop. The staff and the management is so rude and selfish and not at all committed to their words. My dress was not ready even on the date of delivery they have mentioned on the bill! Instead of accepting mistake , they were just giving me silly excuses and sense less arguments. Would never ever recommend anyone to shop from this shop. The worst store in Jaipur. Because of their delay , I was not able to wear the dress on the day I wanted to wear it !

For the love of god, never ever think of buying anything from this store. Worst mistake in our wedding.

The Worst Shopping Destination Initially, the staff at this shop appeared friendly and accommodating, eager to help and agreeable to every query or request during the purchase process. However, once the transaction was completed, their demeanor drastically shifted. It seemed their willingness to assist evaporated along with my purchase. The most disheartening aspect was their inability or refusal to acknowledge the promises made during the sale. What was once a "yes" to every inquiry suddenly transformed into a steadfast "no" post-purchase. It was baffling and infuriating how the same employees who were agreeable and understanding became distant and unresponsive when issues. What added insult to injury was encountering the store owner, who seemed disinterested in resolving customer issues. Instead of offering support or a solution, the owner conveniently distanced themselves from any responsibility, further aggravating the already exasperating situation. In conclusion, this shop, with its initial facade of friendly service, quickly unravels into an appalling lack of post-purchase care, making it an absolute disappointment for any customer seeking a satisfying shopping experience.
