Wide variety of collections available in all age group dresses. Food stalls and supermarket was available. Plenty of parking area was alloted.

I wanted to exchange my saree, but unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience at the store. During our shopping in Tirunelveli, we received such friendly service and had a wonderful purchasing experience. However, this time the staff's behavior was not welcoming or helpful, especially when I requested an exchange. Customer service plays a big role in the overall shopping experience, and sadly this visit did not meet my expectations. I am truly disappointed.

The staff were excellent—friendly, attentive, and truly wonderful. However, the lack of air conditioning made the store feel like a microwave, creating an uncomfortable environment. Both staff and customers require proper airflow for comfort and even basic breathing, so maintaining good ventilation is essential. A pleasant atmosphere is just as important as great service, and turning on the air conditioning would ensure the hardworking staff and valued customers can enjoy their time in the store. Aside from this issue, everything else was very good.

Extremely unprofessional service and unacceptable behavior from staff. My family had a humiliating experience at Pothys last night. Even after making a large-value purchase, my mother and wife were treated with utter disrespect and arrogance by the employee in charge of the gift distribution counter near the parking area. A simple enquiry about gifts was met with rude behavior, raised attitude, and zero professionalism. The situation was so bad that another customer literally threw the gift and walked away, which clearly shows how poorly this section is managed. What is more shocking is that even after the watchman apologized on behalf of the staff, the employee continued to behave rudely without any apology, regret, or basic manners. This is not just poor service — this is complete failure of employee discipline and management control. Allowing such staff to deal with customers, especially elderly women, shows how low the service standards have fallen. I will never purchase from this store again, and I will make sure my entire family and friends circle in Nagercoil stay away from this place. If customers are treated like this after spending a huge amount, then this store does not deserve loyalty or trust. Pothys management should understand that brand name alone cannot cover up arrogant staff and pathetic customer handling. Fix your employees before you lose more customers.

Good collection of dresses of all types for all ages... There is also a great variety of gift items at the 6th floor.... There are also a lot of running material and a food section at the very entrance... A large collection of toys and stationery items...and a kids section.... There is a hypermarket at the B1 ground floor....consisting a total of 7or 8 floor including parking ground...

Greet every customer with a smile and say welcome when they enter the store. 2. Listen carefully to the customer’s needs and help them find the right product. 3. Be polite and respectful while speaking with customers. 4. Keep the display neat and organized so customers can shop easily. 5. Thank the customer before they leave and invite them to visit again.

We took two sarees , the color was absolutely good , especially the staff kamalakanna sister was so nice and very humble and she have the calm to show all the saress that we asked thank you for guiding us ….❤️❤️

Good place for shopping👕👖🥻🩳 Prices are moderate to high!! Lots of collections available, but clothes that attract are high in price!! Other than cloth collection, there are also grocery items on the ground floor! The best thing that I like is, they print the names of couples in silk sarees!! You can also try it if you wish!! Good Parking area🚗! But rush in parking!!! Need improvement in handling the customer while arranging the vehicles!

Came for the purchase of saree . Mrs vijayakumari had given a best experience for the selection and choice of color and dress matching . Entire service was good and so professional throughout the whole experience. Made us feel whole heartedly warm and happy.

More than the clothing sections their supermarket is the best. They have good quality products and most of the groceries are normally priced. Also most of times their fruits and veggies are fresh. In 6th floor they have all cosmetics, hair accessories and also high quality acrylic containers with steel lid which is a top sold product now. A wide range of men's wear both branded and locally made is also available.
