Do you like buying premium collectibles at inflated prices only for them to lose all their value when you get home and realize they've put security tags on them that destroy the packaging? Shop at Pow! I bought several diecast cars and Funko Pops at this shop, all were ruined by these things. This is not a shop for serious collectors or anyone who wants to be treated with any dignity. Most of the 'exclusive' Funko Pops are sold for more than twice the price they cost everywhere else (€35 vs. €15 at Stephanis). They charge €5 for Matchbox / Hot Wheels mainlines that cost €2 everywhere else. It's much cheaper to buy your collectibles literally anywhere else in Cyprus and you won't have to deal with hostile anti-consumer practices like the destructive security tags and price stickers. An employee also told me they never put Funko Pop chases on the shelves, saving them all to sell outside the shop at special events, completely defeating the purpose of going hunting for Pops. If you shop here, you have 0 chance of finding a chase, while at any other shop you have a 1 in 6 chance of finding one. Avoid this place at all costs.

Θα ήθελα να εκφράσω τον προβληματισμό και τη δυσαρέσκειά μου σχετικά με τη διαδικασία παραλαβής δώρου μέσω του κουπονιού που περιλαμβάνεται στο Mystery Box. Στην πράξη, πολλοί καταναλωτές – δικαίως ή αδίκως – δεν διαβάζουν με προσοχή τις οδηγίες και ενδέχεται να απορρίψουν το φυσικό κουπόνι, θεωρώντας ότι το email που λαμβάνουν μετά τη σάρωση αρκεί για την παραλαβή του δώρου. Κατανοώ ότι οι οδηγίες αναγράφονται, ωστόσο θεωρώ αδιανόητο το γεγονός ότι, ενώ ο κωδικός που αποστέλλεται μέσω email είναι μοναδικός, δεν υπάρχει κάποιο ηλεκτρονικό σύστημα επαλήθευσης που να τον αξιοποιεί και να αποτρέπει την πιθανότητα πολλαπλής εξαργύρωσης του ίδιου δώρου. Η απαίτηση προσκόμισης τόσο του φυσικού κουπονιού όσο και του email δεν φαίνεται να εξυπηρετεί ουσιαστικό λόγο ούτε να διασφαλίζει πραγματικά τη διαδικασία. Με τη σύγχρονη τεχνολογία οποιοσδήποτε θα μπορούσε εύκολα να αναπαράγει ένα παρόμοιο κουπόνι και να το χρησιμοποιήσει καταχρηστικά. Αντιθέτως, η χρήση του μοναδικού κωδικού σε συνδυασμό με ένα σύστημα ηλεκτρονικής επαλήθευσης θα παρείχε τη μέγιστη δυνατή ασφάλεια και διαφάνεια. Προσωπικά είχα μια ιδιαίτερα δυσάρεστη εμπειρία κατά την προσπάθεια εξαργύρωσης του δώρου μου και σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες που έλαβα, αντίστοιχη εμπειρία έχουν αντιμετωπίσει και αρκετοί άλλοι πελάτες. Σας παρακαλώ να επανεξετάσετε και να βελτιώσετε τη διαδικασία παραλαβής δώρων ώστε να διασφαλίζεται η ορθή και δίκαιη εξυπηρέτηση των καταναλωτών και να αποδίδονται τα δώρα σε όσους πράγματι τα έχουν κερδίσει, όπως ακριβώς υπόσχεται το κουπόνι.

Fav store of our son. Nig choose for fan of pokemon, starwars and Harry Potter toys, and figures. Also a lot of strange snacks which can make happy not only kids. Stuff is very kind and always helpful.

Unfortunately i have to mention my disappointment with the policy of the company. I saw a product with 20% discount so i decided to buy for my son and just as i paid i saw it was broken. When I asked for a refund (just as i paid, not even 2 minutes after) i was told that the policy is that I cannot have a refund, which i can accept, but not even a voucher was possible, so I had to find on the spot something of the same value. So two advises please: if the discount is due to defects please mention it. And do consider a voucher with some sort of validity.

The mystery box of 2026 is unforgettable.... I mean, they said it's for one person but when i opened, I had gift for family.... thank you... only 30 euros I had gifts for me and my family too....

Im scared i will be busted for wallet abuse! This shop has everything a “geek” needs. They have this mystery boxes , which are full of random stuff , which surprised me because i payed 30 euro for one and got 65+ plus worth of euro items! Heck i even got a peaky blinders shirt from it!

Nearly new year, the mystery boxes where amazing for the kids , funny they begun trading their items like pokemon cards!

As a consumer, I understand that return policies are set in place by stores and should be respected. Nonetheless, I believe store managers should respect their customers, and when a customer tries to return an obviously non-used and not faulty item and kindly asks for an extension of the return period because they truly couldn't make it earlier, it can be granted. The store refusing to make an exception and exchange a product when they can easily make an exception, simply leads to a dissatisfied customer, even loosing a customer for good. Most shops offer a 30-day return policy and not a 15-day policy and will make an exception to keep a customer happy, even if they ask for a minimum spending. Very dissatisfied with this store and will seriously consider going back ever again.

The stuff was so nice, the stock was very impressive and overall one of the nicest stores of this kind I've been at. Highly recommend for nerds.

Very nice special shop with all kind of item from different TV show,movies,games. But, the items are expensive.

Most Pokémon related merchandise are fake! PICTURES AREN'T FROM THE SHOP (They wish!) I was going through the plushies and a worker asked me if I needed help, so I asked if they have a certain type of Pokémon plushies. When the worker started showing me, I told him that those are completely fake, not original. The worker insisted telling me that are bought from a Pokémon center. Yea like I have never been to a Pokémon center. I attached reference pictures of how the original Pokémon plushie label looks like, which I personally bought from Pokémon Center Shibuya(Tokyo). After that I was going through other Pokémon Go related bags which again were completely fake and low quality and the zipper was broken. DOUBLE CHECK before buying anything from these shops. Lot of things are FAKE and even BROKEN.

Very good people working there. Big problem with booster box prices. They are selling them twice and even more than there actuall price! 250 euros for 1 booster box where i can find the same one from ebay for 110 euros!! I left the shopped laughing😂

One of a kind shop in cyprus. I like the mystery boxes most of all and exclusive items like chips, candies and drinks. I visit this shop once a month at least.
