I bought used ford ecosport couple of days back , and took it for general checkup at PPS ford yelahanka, to be honest experience was great compared to other brand service centre. Adhul was technician who inspected the vehicle and who interacted with good gesture and explained me complete overview of vehicle. Followed by Vignesh who took it for test drive and helped me to understand if there was any fault , and Supervisor Chetan guiding entire process and helping me knowing about the vehicle. And warm gesture by frontoffice people. Overall the experience was too good.

Visited service center for my regular service for my ford vehicle. Taken good care of my car and fixed all the issues, special thanks to service advisor Rajesh V who identified issues which I missed to inform him and arranging for replacement, apart from this he was giving me timely updates on service progress. Also thanks to Savitha HN for taking time to explain the service plans and it's benefits. Overall happy with service experience.

Excellent support at all times. Supervisors are very knowledgeable and technicians perfect in their job. There has been a time when I had any follow up problems after routine servicing. Despite Ford bring out of India, dealership is never in short supply of any spares. Front desk staff is polite and ensures due follow ups.

Honest and transparent Maintenace and Vehicle Servicing Operations. Costs are reasonable and explained upfront. Timely vehicle delivery. Meanwhile there is a lounge to accommodate 8 persons, in case someone wants to wait there while the car is being serviced. Very Professional and decent outfit.

Genuine service.Ive the best example why the service has to be done from authorised showrooms.My ford figo can't be started and I've approached Go mechanic which they've quoted 35k.Ive talked to service advisor Murali who has done a great work and got the car back to life in just 8k..The updates and recieving from him is top notch.Triveni followed up and gave updates on time.. I was very pleased with the recent service experience for my Ford Endeavour. The tyre pressure sensor was replaced promptly, and the required part was readily available. The Service Manager and the attendant, Mr. Murali, were courteous and ensured that my concerns were addressed efficiently. I had also reported an issue of water seeping into the footwell area on the left side, along with occasional light flickering during rainy weather. The mechanics identified and resolved these issues to my satisfaction. I sincerely appreciate the professionalism of the service team and hope that the new Ford model, the Everest, will be introduced in the Indian market soon.

I loved going to this service centre. The staff is really nice and knowledgeable. I got help in understanding what all will be checked in the service and estimated delivery time and cost of the service. The overall experience was really good. The service centre is pretty huge so they have a lot of cars in line for servicing but things usually happen pretty quickly here.
