Premier Inn Dubai Barsha Heights Hotel

Premier Inn Barsha Heights is a great example of the Dubai standard of hospitality. In many Western countries, this level of service, cleanliness, and facilities would easily be considered 5-star. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially when our flight was cancelled. They kindly allowed us to use their telephone to contact the airline, which was greatly appreciated during a stressful situation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Free basement parking is a useful bonus for guests with a car. There’s also a Costa Coffee in the lobby, which is convenient for grabbing a coffee or light snack throughout the day. The rooftop pool is a nice feature and a great place to cool off after a day in the Dubai heat. Breakfast was a little mediocre, but you can’t expect perfection in every area. Overall, the excellent service, clean rooms, and good facilities make this a hotel I would happily stay at again.

Stayed for 5 nights with my wife and our 2-year-old daughter, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Every single night there were serious noise disturbances – nightclub music, parties, and guests running through the corridors and slamming doors until 3–4 AM. Despite multiple complaints to reception and several security interventions, the problem was never effectively resolved. We did not have a single restful night, which directly contradicts the hotel’s promise of a comfortable sleep. Additionally, the rooms are very small for a family stay, and the furniture was visibly worn and damaged, which does not match the standard we expected or the price paid. Considering the overall experience, the value for money is poor. In my opinion, there are many better hotels in Dubai offering higher comfort and much quieter conditions. After submitting a formal complaint, the hotel refused and redirected responsibility to the booking platform, even though the issue clearly concerned the quality of the hotel service itself. The handling of the situation after our stay was as disappointing as the stay itself. Sadly, this hotel is not suitable for families with children. Update: After posting this review, the hotel responded claiming the issue was addressed. However, despite multiple interventions, the noise continued every single night until 3–4 AM. The additional room move was offered at 00:40 on the last night, which was not reasonable for a family with a small child. Complimentary dining cannot compensate for five sleepless nights. The core service we paid for – a quiet and comfortable stay – was simply not delivered.

I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the hospitality throughout my visit. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making the stay very relaxing. I would especially like to appreciate Waseem and Ahmed for their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help at every moment. They made sure everything was smooth and always greeted with a smile. My stay was overall average. The hotel was clean and the facilities were acceptable, but there is room for improvement in customer service. The reception staff could be more welcoming and friendly, as first impressions make a big difference. While I understand that not all guest requests can be accommodated, it would be appreciated if requests were declined in a more polite and courteous manner. With some improvements in hospitality and communication, the guest experience could be much better.

Having a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Barsha Heights and couldn't resist sharing the experience! From check-in, the staff were always on hand — nothing felt like too much trouble. The rooms are super comfortable, exactly what you need after a busy day in Dubai. But the real highlight? Ahmed at reception. Genuinely one of the friendliest and most helpful people I've encountered at any hotel. He went above and beyond at every turn and made the stay feel truly personal. Whoever does the payroll at Premier Inn — this man needs a pay rise, and fast! 😄 Will absolutely be back on my next visit to Dubai. Highly recommended!

I stay in hotel for one week and have an absolutely pleasant experience. The room cleaning is an exceptional! Thank you very much, Mr. Jeovanni, for a great service. Also, the front desk staff are absolutely amazing. From the day one I was met with hospitality and warmth. Any questions I had, the guys were happy to help with high professionalism. I would like to give very positive feedback about my stay at Premier Inn Dubai Barsha Heights. I stayed in this hotel during the current situation in the Middle East (Iranian attacks), which was a stressful and uncertain time for many travelers. Despite this, the hotel staff made me feel safe, calm, and very well taken care. I would like to express my sincere thanks to all the employees of the hotel, especially Regen, Gretchen, Shane, Kenny, and Salawin Suman. A very special thanks goes to Miss Tamara - Assistant Manager, who communicated with me every day, checked on how I was doing, and helped calm me down despite the difficult situation. The breakfasts were delicious with a wide variety of food, and the chef prepares eggs exactly the way you like them, which is a very nice touch.

I would also like to highlight Mr. Toad`s Pub & Kitchen, which is a very pleasant place with good music and meals. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. The combination of great facilities and exceptionally kind staff made my stay truly memorable and I will definitely visit this hotel again!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Every morning at breakfast, Aye welcomed guests with such a warm and friendly attitude that you immediately felt truly welcome. Had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Dubai Barsha Heights. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with beautiful interiors. My highlight has to be the breakfast buffet. The menu had something for everyone. Special shoutout to Aye and her F&B team for the sweet hospitality. They catered to all my needs and ensured I had an amazing breakfast experience each morning.

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms and fairly good prices. The staff was always helpful, especially thanks to Ahmed and Fahad, with whom we had contact several times during our stay. I would give a wider offer for breakfast and dinner, or change it more. I would see the quality of coffee and tea in particular as very suitable for improvement. An upgrade of the shuttle bus vehicle and its more frequent intervals to the metro station, which otherwise has to be walked for about 15-20 minutes, would also help to make a better impression. The rooms are nicely furnished and the hotel is well maintained. Even for a longer stay, I rate everything positively.

We had a very nice week in your hotel! Even when the rockets and drones were flying, we felt safe and informed. We won't forget the flexibility in extending and cancelling due to the special circumstances. The staff were all very friendly, and the quality standard was even higher than expected. The government's safety instructions were conscientiously implemented, and we might have had to stay longer. That wouldn't have been a problem for us in your excellent hotel, even though we were glad to have finally found a flight home :-) We just would suggest that the food wasn't so spicy for the children, but that's all. I stayed at the Premier Inn. The wonderful and friendly people who work there create a cozy atmosphere for guests, allowing them to fully enjoy their stay. I'd like to commend the staff at the pool, which is located on the 10th floor of the building and offers a spectacular view. I'd especially like to mention Hari. He ensures safety, tranquility, and comfort around the pool. Thank you to all the hotel staff for their kindness.

We visited Toads at premier Inn Dubai many times while on a 10 day holiday as this was a much better hotel than the one me my husband booked just down the road from here. We was always made welcome by the staff in particular a lovely girl called Audrey would always greet us with a big smile she couldn’t do enough for us while we was here she is a credit to the company. When we return we will definitely be visiting again… 5*
