I’m very disappointed with the pricing of supplements at Prime Pharmacy. I recently purchased a hair supplement from them for AED 197, but I later found the exact same brand and product available online for AED 98.44 — almost half the price. When I contacted the pharmacy to ask about this huge price difference, their response was simply that they do not have any offers available. That explanation was not satisfactory, especially considering how significant the price gap is. Just sharing my experience so others can be cautious — please check prices online before buying supplements from Prime Pharmacy. It could save you a lot of money.

Visited Prime Medical Center recently for my wife’s fever and severe stomach pain. Reception booked us with Dr. Ashok Kumar. The doctor immediately asked only if we needed medicine and a sick-leave note, never examined her, and tried to send us to a specialist appointment on Saturday—even though she could barely stand and needed treatment that day. After I insisted, the staff finally provided basic medicine, but the doctor still didn’t perform a proper check-up or even a routine examination. This felt careless and dismissive. Patients deserve attention, respect, and timely care, not just a prescription after long waits. Very disappointing experience and not what I expect from a Dubai clinic.

Its really bad service, for gyne i requested for scanning my insurance was approved but i haven't receive any call from gyne appointment to scan for 2weeks.

terrible experience, - I'm writing this, so it can help anyone. please avoid this clinic as much as you. they don't care for anyone. the nurse was incompetent to submit for approval, and when insurance rejected it they failed to resubmit the request. Even after multiple calls, there is no response, no callback. (they don't care for the patient). Customer care service doesn't provide a direct number (landline) to the hospital they have the same pattern, 1: listen to the case: 2: we care contacting the clinic and put you on hold for 10-15 mins 3: we can't give you an update or information from here, The nurses are busy, and overcrowded, they will call you back ( and they will never call you back) 4: repeat 0 - rating

Worst experience ever. My wife went to the clinic just now. The doctor said everything was normal but she was suffering from severe cough. The Indian doctor said she needs to do an xray scan then go back to her office after. When she reached the dr.’s office after the xray, she found out that the dr. left to take annual leave. How can you be irresponsible and not tell your patient straight to the point that you are already leaving?! No medicine was given, no diagnosis. NOTHING. This is really unprofessional. And they asked her to come back tomorrow night for the result. The patient is already experiencing difficulty breathing and yet you’re asking her to do all these things?!

5:01pm Saturday 09/16/2023- My wife suffering pain inside of her mouth and badly need to see a doctor. She went to the reception to ask some information. One Arabic don't know how to do customer service. You can track by this time and date. My wife pass to him her phone to show the list of clinic cover her insurance- This Arabic guy said " Not cover! " while giving the phone not looking to her eyes or face. Just Imagine the scenario giving no care and sincerity or even small help and explanation on what to do next. There are a lot of people looking for job here in Dubai who I think are capable on giving a good customer service or result to clinic sales by explaining what your clinic is offering if not covered by insurance. End up she went to amber clinic!!!!!

Thank you so much Dr. Vicente Winston III Marigon Billena, just recovered from allergies and flu today after one week with the medicines you prescribed. He is my health consultant for over 4years now. I'm very comfortable to say everything to him like a friend. I appreciated the most about him was he prescribed a good medicines and explained the effect and benefits of it. Always been Highly recommended to my friends and colleagues. Special appreciation to Nurse Lyn, you did your job well donet for trying to get my health insurance approved. She Even made a phone calls to remind you of your medicines to take it on time. 5 stars.

I have been treated for my Diabetes ailment from 2017 by Dr Wasim Kadri at Prime Medical, King Faisal Street Branch Sharjah. The nurse attending to me with Dr Kadri is Sister Shabhana. Every 2 months when I visit for my routine check-up, the Team of Dr Wasim and Sr Shabhana make me feel very comfortable and safe. Dr has been just not treating my ailment, but his concerns are my well being. He finds out in detail the full history of the 2 month prior to my visit. In short he further does all necessary tests based on his diagnosis. On the other hand Sr Shabhana, swing into action the moment she spots me at the Clinic. Her assistance throughout my visit is overwhelming. She also calls me to find out about my health and organises my appointments, informs me of the Test reports and all health related matters. I'm very pleased with the above mentioned Staff members of Prime Healthcare, for their sincere dedication and would recommend my friends seeking assisstance of Internal Medicines Doctor in the UAE. Thanks for providing such a wonderful Doctor and nurse. God Bless them

So glad to have found Dr Diljeet Kaur, who was able to help us with a complicated cataract case that another hospital had delayed for 7 months. Doctor took full ownership of the case and kept us updated throughout the whole process of (including referral to other doctors) pre and post surgery. Other than the slightly slow response of the nurses on the in-patient floor we had a very good experience with the hospital and all the doctors we interacted with, who really took the time to interact with the patient and understand the case - we were treated like actual people and not another number or file. My whole family can very confidently recommend Dr Diljeet for any ophthalmology related cases.

Unorganized joke of a medical centre. Went with my daughter to get our overdue health checkups completed and the staff keep making us run from one building to the other to get this paper or that. When they are all one company and can obtain these letters through a simple phone call or email. One place is overloaded with low income or basic medical insurance clients and the adjacent building is filled with all the testing equipment. Even though the testing place is pretty dead on a weekday noon hour we were made to wait and run from one building to the other to get a scan/xray/ paperwork done. Finally got the papers and made to wait for more than an hour for a 10 minute check up.Terrible management after they have taken over Dubai market.

I will highly recommend Dr Wasim Qadri, Specialist Internal Medicine, King Faisal Branch. Since we came Dubai,Me and my wife are his patients for hypertension and thyroid respectively. He is the best doctor I experienced. He is very supportive,calm and friendly. Quite logical in explaining the reasons for the disease so patients will understand. Sister sabana is also very polite and explains the afterworks clearly, does follow up nicely and remind for the report follow up. Thank you doctor and team and stay blessed and healthy!!

I highly recommend Dr. Usha Kiran at Prime Hospital for women considering removal of fibroids and cysts either through laparoscopy or open myomectomy. She successfully removed one large myoma weighing 350gms and a cyst through an open myomectomy procedure - this was causing me a lot of discomfort and pain for many years. Since this was my first surgery, I was naturally very anxious, but Dr. Usha's calm demeanor during my pre-surgery appointments was very assuring and gave me the confidence to proceed. I would also like to commend Dr. Sameh Zaki who is a fantastic anesthetist and gave me so much assurance that helped me remain positive throughout the pre-surgery period. I have a congenital heart condition that was a risk factor for me, but the combined efforts of Dr. Usha, Dr. Sameh and their wonderful team ensured the surgery went well without any complications. A special appreciation for the nurses at Prime Hospital. Throughout my two day stay post surgery, they were very accommodating and polite. The whole procedure was so seamless and they don't make you feel nervous at all. The facilities at Prime Hospital are also very good. The interiors, the rooms, etc. don't feel like a hospital, more like a hotel - that helps mentally with recovery as well. The catering is also pretty decent and they are properly planned, you're given several options to choose from. Regular housekeeping is done, that also makes one feel fresh and comfortable. I honestly felt like I was on a staycation!

Pasting my very bad experience here so that prime management can take action. I am a very old (and  very profitable) customer for prime health for over a decade. Currently I am undergoing various treatments under prime facilities. However the reason I am writing this email is because of the extremely unprofessional behavior that I faced from one of your staff members. This is an official complaint against your receptionist in burjuman mall clinic. His name is Faraz. I visited the center at 330pm on 6th Dec for my appointment with Dr Sanjay. However at registration Mr faraz misbehaved with me and raised his voice when I confronted him for not managing the queue properly and giving patients turn who have arrived later then me. Mr Faraz spoke very rudely to me and this is simply unacceptable for me. When I told him that I dont want to proceed with seeing the Dr cuz of his behavior he said "yes please go". He practically kicked me out of the center. I am a very old and loyal customer but I can't accept this kind of behavior from your staff. I urge you to take action and let me know of the result of your investigation.  In case of any inaction from your side, I will be forced to leave prime patronage and will forever be a detractor for your brand. Thank you. Deeply disappointed

Dr. Nishit Bodiwala is a great doctor! He’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their skin issues! And also other staffs are friendly especially nurse Ms.Neenu. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a specialist.

Always received great care with this group until I had the displeasure of meeting Naresh Kumar Dhar (who apparently is a well experienced doctor) who is easily the rudest, least compassionate healthcare professional I have ever encountered. When I tried to complain about his conduct it became very clear to me that the complaint procedure was not intended to find out the problem and provide care, rather it was just trying to avoid receiving a complaint. It’s unfortunate that I’ll have to find somewhere else to go now as I had always been generally satisfied before this unfortunate incident.

Walked in to get checked by a general practitioner will take you hours… 2 hours and 47 minutes to be exact. I know as I’ve renewed the rta parking almost 3 times. Only 1 reception, 1 cashier, 2 nurse and 1 doctor working at that time. The only procedure that they are fast with is taking your blood pressure, giving receipts for payment and service at the pharmacy for your medicine (thank god) Aside from that, everything is glacial slow.

Dr. Nadia Shareef has been a blessing. I had a great experience with her starting from the day i met her till delivery. She is very humble and a competant doctor who makes sure that her patients recieve utmost care and treatment. I was very anxious and nervous initially but with her caring attitude this journey of pregnancy was seamless. I have been visiting Dr. Wasim Kadri regularly. Must say he goes to the root cause of the problem, not just gives medicines to temporarily fix the issue. His expertise is commendable. Supporting Dr. is one of the best nurse (sister Shabhana). She goes extra mile to get all arranged in time, does regular followups etc., which is a great relief always for any patient. Care is what is felt at Prime specialist centre, King Faisal branch.
