I waited for more than 45 minutes after finishing my check-up, and I was only attended to after a long delay. Patients come to the clinic to get treatment, but here they are being made to wait unnecessarily even just to check out. During this time, the reception staff did not seem to care about the patients waiting. Many of us were sitting for a long time while the staff were busy talking among themselves and not responding to anyone. We also noticed a patient who appeared to be familiar to the receptionist, and he was allowed to check out immediately while others continued waiting. This kind of partiality is unfair and unacceptable. The management should take immediate action regarding this behaviour and ensure that all patients are treated equally and professionally.
