This place truly deserves an excellent rating. I’m posting this review after trying princess house twice. The first time I had gone for a body and a face wax. I have extremely sensitive skin and there are so many products that give me a rash but all the products they used, the technique they use for facial waxing is so good that there’s no flare up at all post wax! Thank you Helenti for doing it swiftly and with perfection. I’ve been insecure about my feet all my life, this is the first time I’m getting my nails done on my feet. The nail tech here - Irene is soooo amazing. She handled with such care and the finish is perfect! I practically have no toe nails but she ensured I was always comfortable and had zero pain or accidents during the nail work. I’m obsessed with my nails’s minimalist look. The beauty salon is kept impeccably clean, the owner has taken a lot of effort into making the space feel warm and welcome. I’m definitely going back again ❤️ thank you 🤩

Very recommended salon for nails. You will truly feel satisfied because a fellow Filipina is the one who will make you look beautiful and make you happy (sorry, I forgot your name). Thank you so much as well to the owner that very kind (I also forgot to ask her name because we were rushing to dinner 😆). After 2 years of not having nail art, I didn’t know which salon I could trust. Then one day, I met a friend and we went straight here—she had a facial, and I decided to try their nail service. It did not disappoint at all. I was genuinely satisfied with the work of my fellow Filipina. I will now be coming to them on a monthly basis for my nail services.

An appreciation post for Princess salon in Al. Barsha !! Today I tried their facial and it must be one of the best I tried in Dubai. Diamond facial included face massage and some machines used ( I have seen these facial tools when I hydra facial in other salon) Very good results !! My skin is dull and dry !! This is first time people are telling me my face is glowing . A big compeminent for me !! Ask for ms. Raba or something similar!! I kind of forgot her name !! Very neat and clean salon !

Acchi, Amina and Devya were so nice, friendly and welcoming. I came with my 2 best friends and we were on rotation having haircuts, pedi and manicures. They treated us well and didn't rush any of our treatments. I would highly recommend them!

I booked same-day services through ClassPass, which led me to discover Princess House Salon in Barsha. It's a small, cute new salon. However, it was a bit disheartening to see that there is only one staff member. I hope she is well-compensated because she handles everything—from reception to nail technician to massage therapist. Her name is Hitti. She seemed quiet, somewhat unapproachable, and lacked energy, likely due to being the sole staff member and being new and young in Dubai. I appreciate her efforts, though the services could use some improvement, especially the Swedish massage. The ambiance for the massage was just okay; the room was bright and reasonably clean, though I noticed some small particles and hair on the towels, which was gross. For the nail services, I had a basic cleaning. While it was okay, I was hoping for a more thorough job as I could still feel some dry skin. Nevertheless, considering it's a small, new salon, I believe they will improve over time. You get what you pay for.

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience 2 hours in shop with two girls working on my mani pedi and I had to LEAVE UNFINISHED AND PAY 200 AED with lumpy gel nail polish and no design at all AND bare toes. Unprofessional and unskilled staff. I want a REFUND. I should’ve just kept what I had. This is a management problem that needs to be addressed with proper training and in no way do I hold the sweet staff accountable. They have my number and I expect a call for refund ASAP and for it not to be taken out of her salary.
