I initially worked with this printing company for paper bags, and the result was acceptable. However, my experience took a very disappointing turn when they later printed business cards for me.
The print quality was poor the ink was faded, and most importantly, the QR codes were not readable or scannable. This completely defeats the purpose of having QR codes on business cards.
What made the situation worse was the extremely poor communication. I contacted the company many times to explain the issue. They claimed the QR codes were readable, which was not true in reality, and after saying they would “check,” they ignored my messages for weeks with no follow-up or resolution.
In my opinion, professional printing requires providing a sample or proof for customer approval before printing large quantities. Instead, 1,000 cards were printed and ended up in the trash, which is unacceptable and wasteful.
This experience was very unprofessional, poorly managed, and extremely disappointing. The lack of accountability and communication made the situation even worse.
