تجربه بسیار خوبی از دریافت خدمات خرید ملک با شرکت Property Turkey داشتم. بازدید ملک در منطقه Maslak با همراهی خانم حدیث انجام شد که کاملاً حرفه‌ای، خوش‌برخورد و مسلط بودند. از مرحله بازدید تا انجام امور اداری و پیگیری‌ها، تیم پشتیبانی عملکردی عالی و منظم داشت و با حوصله پاسخ‌گوی تمام سوالات بودند. از شفافیت، تعهد و همراهی شما در تمام مراحل صمیمانه سپاسگزارم. قطعاً این شرکت را به افرادی که قصد خرید ملک در ترکیه دارند پیشنهاد می‌کنم.

We had an excellent experience working with this real estate team in Istanbul. Despite having only 1.5 days in the city, weeks of preparation beforehand made everything extremely efficient. They were highly professional, well organized, and clearly understood our preferences. During our short stay, they drove us around the city, showed us the neighborhoods, and presented the options we had already shortlisted. What really stood out was that, based on our feedback on the same day, they immediately found and added new options that fit our needs even better. By the second day, we were able to find a flat to purchase, and all procedures in the following weeks went very smoothly. Even after we received the keys, they continued to support us with every matter, which we truly appreciated. We definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy property in Istanbul. Special thanks to Mr. Rezaei for his daily support, responsiveness, and commitment throughout the entire process.

I strongly advise avoiding Property Turkey. I had really bad experience dealing with them. They recommended a project developer with a history of delays and a poor reputation just to collect their commission. They withheld critical risks and lacked the honesty I expected from professional consultants. Consequently, I am now stuck with a project delayed by many years in a declining market. They prioritize quick sales over client success. Do your own research, don't rely on their biased advice.

The service has been excellent up to this point. The investment consultants provided detailed insights and made complex market information easy to understand. Since I am not familiar with the Turkish market, their clear explanations were extremely helpful. I am currently continuing with the purchase and feel well assisted at every step.

Александра и Башир очень клиентооиентированы и помогают решать разные вопросы, которые возникают в таких непростых вопросах. Спасибо им большое 🙏🤗. Not a good experience. Initially we were impressed with the sales pitch, very professional and helpful. However, after full payment they were a real struggle to communicate with to be honest and I wasn’t going to leave a review, but other issues have popped up later on, which property Turkey could of easily avoided. We purchased a $440,000 government backed property for the cbi program. As soon as full payment was made, they disappeared. Literally. Prior to my payment they were very responsive, then after was very difficult to get a response. After sales service is just non existent. We ended up with a court order placed on our apartment for non payment of service charges, because of poor communication from property Turkey. They did not inform me of an app that is required to make monthly payments, and this was not communicated when we visited the property and met with the developer. Whilst we got our Turkish passports, after 18 months, not the 6-9 months initially stated in the sales call, it was an extremely disappointing experience. I don’t like leaving 1 star reviews, as I prefer to not leave one at all, but sometimes it’s justified, especially given the amount of money involved and poor service.

I was very happy with Property Turkey and Malaz Khammudekh’s services during my home search from December 2021 until February 2022. Malaz contacted me promptly after I had left my inquiry on the website and I felt I was informed and supported very well throughout the whole process. Although Property Turkey didn’t have anything to offer to meet my taste, I was still experiencing support and care from Malaz when dealing with local broker. Check the Tapu, Malaz emphasized before I was going to sign the deal in a small local town. I have a dream home in a little vintage village and a friend in Istanbul who I know I can always turn to! Fantastic trustworthy company to deal with when it comes to property purchases and investment advice in Türkiye. Whether residential purchase or CBI, in those requirements everyone at PT I've engaged with was super helpful. It's hard to single out anyone individual, but special thanks to Alexandra and Toni, both of whom have been helpful. Of course, It helps to have a good idea of where, what, & why you want to purchase in Türkiye, plus your budget! :) As with any matters related to overseas property purchases, there are lots of documents and nuances on the legal side, but I can say it really helps having someone to trust, and ask many questions, and the PT team is great! It's company I would use again, and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them.

Since 2022 we are dealing with Property Turkey. Our sale agent was Alexandra Cihanoglu. She is a very professional, efficient and caring person. She helped us a lot explaining, choosing and buying the right properties , exactly for our needs and budget.
