I had the privilege of visiting the The International Fair and Museum of the Prophet’s Biography and Islamic Civilization, and it was truly one of the most enriching experiences during my stay in Medina. The museum beautifully presents the life of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ with remarkable depth, authenticity, and respect. Every section is thoughtfully designed, combining historical narration with modern technology interactive displays, visual storytelling, and detailed exhibits that make the Seerah come alive in a powerful and engaging way. What impressed me most was the clarity and organization of the content. Complex historical events are explained in a way that is easy to understand, even for those who may not be deeply familiar with Islamic history. The use of digital screens, models, and immersive environments creates a deeply emotional and educational journey. The facility itself is exceptionally well-maintained clean, spacious, and very well organized. The staff are courteous and helpful, ensuring a smooth and comfortable visit throughout. This museum is not just an exhibition; it is a spiritual and intellectual experience that strengthens your connection to the life and teachings of the Prophet ﷺ. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Medina.

المتحف شيء من الخيال،، والله عشت شعورًا جميلًا ومهيبًا في الوقت ذاته. يزيد المرء محبة واشتياقًا لرسوله وحبيبه ﷺ. كان مرشدنا في ذلك الأخ {أبو أنس} شخص رائع في الشرح والطرح، حديثه ينم عن ثقافة عالية بسيرة المصطفى ﷺ. بارك الله فيه وفي علمه. أنصحكم بزيارة المعرض بقوووووة. رسوم الدخول للدورين مع المرشد بـ 70 ريال للشخص وزيارة المعرض فقط بـ 40 ريال للشخص يستاهل كل ريال يندفع فيه.

I recently visited this Museum in Madinah. The overall intention behind the initiative is very good and truly commendable—it’s a meaningful effort to educate visitors about the life of the Prophet (SAW). The experience mainly consists of presentation slides on different topics, guided by an English-speaking presenter. The content seems more suitable for those with limited prior knowledge. For visitors seeking deeper insights, it may feel somewhat basic. Our English-speaking guide was very polite, but the session felt a bit rushed, and several topics appeared to be skipped. Considering the ticket price (SAR 40 per person), a more detailed and well-paced experience would make it more worthwhile. One of the highlights was the Makkah and Madinah models, along with explanations of significant locations—this part was engaging and informative. The visit concluded with a short animated video on the life of the Prophet (SAW). While appreciated, the animation felt very outdated. With current advancements in technology, this could be significantly enhanced to create a more impactful experience. Ratings: • Price: 1/5 • Features & Contents: 2/5 • Guide: 3/10 • Overall: 2/5 N.B.: Right beside this museum, there is another museum that showcases the expansion of Masjid al-Nabawi. It offers a wealth of information with beautiful presentation—and it’s completely free. In fact, it was so well done that I would gladly visit it again even if there were an entry fee.

I came here in October. The ticket price was 70 SAR and the photo was 10 SAR. The theme was “Admiration and Immersion.” The museum was really interesting, and there was an Indonesian guide who explained the story of Prophet Muhammad. I enjoyed it, but the time was a bit short, so we skipped a lot of the screens and it felt a little rushed. The museum is actually quite big, so having around three hours would be perfect. I’d love to visit again, insha Allah..

I wouldn’t really say the visit was worth the SAR 40 ticket. The experience felt more like paying to hear someone explain what you could easily ask Google or any AI tool. I went to the museum expecting an immersive walkthrough that visually represented the life and times of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Unfortunately, it was nothing like that. The main highlight was a short 6‑minute video showing how the house of the Prophet (SAW) and Ayesha (RA) looked and how it was integrated into Masjid Al‑Nabawi. Beyond that, there wasn’t much depth or meaningful engagement. The tour itself felt extremely rushed, leaving little room for reflection or questions. I also got the impression that non‑Arabic speakers are not given the same quality of experience as Arabic speakers — something I actually mentioned to the supervisor afterwards. It seems the Arabic version of the tour might be better organized or delivered with more enthusiasm. Overall, if you truly want to learn about the Prophet’s (SAW) life and feel spiritually enlightened, you’re better off watching a documentary about his biography. It will be more educational and far more fulfilling than this museum visit.

I’ve been on this tour twice and the content is fantastic and the exhibitions are really immersive. However I am rating the attraction lower as there are no toilet facilities on site- this is a huge oversight considering that the immersion tour can last over an hour including the waiting time. Please consider adding facilities for visitors to use.

Siz Türkçe derseniz sizi çok daha sade Tek Türk rehber eşliğinde gerçek boyutlara yakın yapılmaya çalışılmış, çadır ve mescidi nebi odasını gezdiriyor ve küçük bir sinevizyondan ibaret apayrı bir bölüme götürüyorlar. Ve bunu başta söylemiyorlar. Diğer bölüme gidenler de burayı görmüyor. Bu nedenle 40 riyal verip hayal kırıklığına uğramayın. Biz rahatsızlığımızı dile getirdik. Görevli insiyatif kullanıp bizi diğer esas müzeye de aldı. Hülasa; Türkçe bir rehber ile tüm müze gezilebilmeli.

Alhamdulillah terimakasih haturnuhun untuk Pak Asep (guide musium dr Indonesia) sudah membantu menjelaskan meskipun singkat karena waktu tapi cukup jelas, makin cinta my prophet Rasulullah dan sahabat²nya. I visited with family on Wednesday 23rd July 2025 and found the museum to be an informative experience with lots of details and images. Interactive for adults and children. Insightful host with lots of knowledge. Just wish they had spent more time in each room going through things in more detail. The movie at the end was a good final touch. Gift shop was reasonably priced too. We all enjoyed. Hoping they launch the new app on android so we can learn more independently. Recommend for all to visit.

40 real per orang Oke lah Sejam jalan sambil di ceritain tentang sejarah dan gak kerasa sama sekali Yg bagusnya - ada miniatur makah madinah di zaman rasul dan kita dikasih tahu letak letak historis dari peta tersebut - ada bioskop mini nya.. ( tapi durasinya cepet banget) Dan kayak nya masih banyak space yg gak di jelasin Oh yaa.. untuk didalam mayoritas cuma layar LCD aja ya Untuk mempermudah visual kita aja Selain itu biasa aja Oh ya interiornya lumayan keren juga Siip lah Buat ngilangin penasaran

Pengalaman yang seru banget. Jadi lebih mengerti tentang peradaban islam dan sejarah kisah Nabi SAW. Although the ticket is kinda pricey (70 SAR / person), it was worth it. Our tour guide, Kang Asep was very informative and helpful.
