Worst travel experience ever. I booked tickets to Haridwar for 3 passengers, but at the time of boarding, I was informed that 2 of the tickets had been cancelled without any prior notification via call, SMS, or email. When I asked the staff how the tickets could be cancelled without informing me, they simply said that only one ticket was showing in their system and they had no explanation. This caused a lot of inconvenience and stress for my family. It appears that the same seat may have been booked for multiple passengers, which reflects very poor booking management. The staff were unhelpful and unable to provide a clear reason or solution. On top of that, the boarding process was delayed and poorly organized. There was a lack of communication, transparency, and customer support throughout the entire experience. I expected a much more professional service, especially after completing the booking and payment process properly. Due to the mismanagement, inconvenience, and lack of accountability, this was one of the worst travel experiences I have had. I would not recommend this service unless they significantly improve their booking system and customer support
