Helpline doesn't help at all! Why is it even named as helpline. So 3 months ago, we shifted to the upper portion of our house. And the net signals doesn't reach that high! And we work remotely, so it's the absolute necessity for us. So we requested the relocation on 31st Dec, 25. And till now we call them everyday and all they say is your request is set on priority. But koi bhi nhi ata ghar to relocate, inho ny relocation ky charges bhi btaye thi we were willing to even pay that. Phir inho ny kaha ap EXTENSION lga lu same wasa hee net aye ga oper, and it's been month woh nhi chalta sahi. Phir call kr apna package increase krwaya to 100GB. Still didn't work. Requested 1000 of times to have someone relocate the device as well all work on internet. And it's really necessary for us. Pathetic services!!!!
