من به واسطه تبلیغات فیک زیاد دو تا دوره ازشون خریدم 20 میلیون که به معنای واقعی پولمو تو جوی آب ریختم، خود فائزه فرمانی خیلی تلفظش و سطح زبانش پایینه و باید خودش کلاس زبان بره. امیدوارم فرد دیگه ای مثل من پول و وقتش گرفته نشه. نمره رایتینگم صفر شد با روش ایشون

من ازشون بسته خریدم ولی برای دیدن ویدیوها همیشه مشکل داشتم. یا دسترسی قطع بود یا سایت در حال به روز رسانی بود یا اصلا نمیتونستم وارد اکانتم بشم. حتی یک تلفن تماس برای پیگیری ندارند. برای سایت خودشون هم میبینید همه نظرات عالیه چون فقط نظرهایی که دوست دارند رو اجازه پست میدن.

اگر برگردم عقب پکیج ایشون نمیخرم. با همون پول میشه کلاس حضوری برداشت که با معلم در ارتباط باشم و بتونم باگ درس خوندنمو در بیارم. اولش قول پشتیبانی میدن ولی بعدش که سوال میپرسی میگن برو گروه بخون. و ضمن اینکه نگاه نکنید تو گروهشون همه کامنت ها مثبته هر انتقادی رو پاک میکنن. اصلا راضی نبودم.

ONCE YOU PAY, you receive NO SUPPORT!! I purchased their offline products expecting proper access and support, but immediately after purchasing I had trouble accessing the materials. I contacted their support team and received NO RESPONSE FOR THREE DAYS. When they finally replied, they simply told me to WAIT, without offering any real solution. After waiting with no progress, I contacted them again. Their response was essentially “IT IS WHAT IT IS — YOU NEED TO WAIT.” What is even more frustrating is that BEFORE YOU PAY, they talk about support and say access problems only happen if payment has not been completed. But ONCE YOU PAY, you receive NO REAL SUPPORT. Instead of fixing the access issue for the OFFLINE MATERIALS I PURCHASED, they suggested that I should BUY THE ONLINE VERSION IF I WAS IN A RUSH. Overall, this was a WASTE OF MONEY and a very disappointing experience. It feels like their priority is simply SELLING PRODUCTS, not supporting customers.

After one year of PTELine membership, I can confidently say that the service was extremely disappointing. The platform focuses heavily on collecting fees but provides little meaningful instruction, feedback, or score improvement support. The materials are repetitive, feedback is superficial or automated, and there is no personalized guidance despite long-term membership. My progress came from independent practice and external resources, not from PTELine. I would not recommend this service to serious PTE candidates, especially those targeting high scores like 79+. Prospective students should carefully evaluate alternatives before investing their time and money.

Their customer support is extremely poor, and the quality of their services is very low. They seem to be much better at marketing than at delivering quality service.
