ONCE YOU PAY, you receive NO SUPPORT!!
I purchased their offline products expecting proper access and support, but immediately after purchasing I had trouble accessing the materials.
I contacted their support team and received NO RESPONSE FOR THREE DAYS. When they finally replied, they simply told me to WAIT, without offering any real solution.
After waiting with no progress, I contacted them again. Their response was essentially “IT IS WHAT IT IS — YOU NEED TO WAIT.”
What is even more frustrating is that BEFORE YOU PAY, they talk about support and say access problems only happen if payment has not been completed. But ONCE YOU PAY, you receive NO REAL SUPPORT.
Instead of fixing the access issue for the OFFLINE MATERIALS I PURCHASED, they suggested that I should BUY THE ONLINE VERSION IF I WAS IN A RUSH.
Overall, this was a WASTE OF MONEY and a very disappointing experience. It feels like their priority is simply SELLING PRODUCTS, not supporting customers.
