We stay one day and night, we conducting pitru dosha pooja with help of punyashram pujari garu ,bthey offered food facilities , morning coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner. Taste is good , we satisfied food when compared to travelling hotels food.

We recently performed Pitru Dosha Pooja at Punyashrama, and it was truly a divine and peaceful experience. Everything was organized so well from start to finish. The hospitality was excellent, rooms were neat, clean, and comfortable, and the food served was very hygienic and tasty. The staff and priests were very humble, caring, and guided us properly throughout the pooja rituals. Special thanks to Guruji for his valuable guidance, patience, and spiritual support, which made the entire process very meaningful and comforting for our family. The entire atmosphere felt spiritual and positive, making the pooja experience very satisfying and memorable. Thank you to the whole Punyashrama team for the wonderful arrangements and service. Highly recommended for anyone planning spiritual rituals and poojas. 🙏

Our experience at this spiritual center was profoundly peaceful, largely due to the exceptional service and the presence of a knowledgeable, composed priest. For our group of four, the entire process was handled with great care and traditional authenticity. A significant advantage was the transparency regarding finances; no hidden or extra costs were charged. However, as a practical tip, it is always wise to discuss and confirm the fee structure beforehand to maintain this clarity. The hospitality was quite generous, as they provided us with both a room and meals for two days. The accommodation is situated about 1.5 to 2 kilometers from the Punyashram, so you will likely need to rely on a car or an auto-rickshaw for that specific commute. Once at the ashram, the location is ideal, as the beach is only a half-kilometer walk away, offering a serene backdrop to the visit. The puja itself is a detailed, three-hour ritual. The organizers are very proactive and advise you to bring a comprehensive list of your forefathers' names in advance. This ensures that every ancestor is included in the prayers for their eternal peace and spiritual well-being. Combining traditional rituals with thoughtful amenities and a beautiful coastal setting, this service is highly recommended for those seeking a meaningful ancestral ceremony. We left feeling deeply satisfied and spiritually refreshed.

The best ashram to get your poojas done,this is my first experience of staying in Ashram and getting the Pooja done and I’m overwhelmed with the facilities and the way Pooja was done. Guruji himself gives you time in the evening to clear all your doubts in the Ashram. The food is hygiene and well organised. Totally blessed I highly recommend..

Religious place to perform the rituals. We booked here to perform our rituals (Narayana Bali, Tripindi Shradha and few more) They have a great group of Brahmin's to perform all the rituals. The best part is we were explained everything about the rituals while performing and its cause. The guidence provided by the main guruji Rajagopal Mahadev ji and the Brahmin's was so overwhelming.They provide rooms to stay along with food Included in the package.They offer lot of packages where you can select depending on you purpose. This place is near to the bus station if your traveling via bus and there is a auto stand where you can take Rickshaw ride.And the place where the rituals are performed are near to the Mahabaleshwara temple and beach. I says its a best place to perform the rituals under the guidance of the Brahmin's in the Land of lord Mahadeva 🕉️

Excellent place to visit. Perfect spiritual place for family. Excellent sathivik breakfast, lunch and Dinner. Great taste of coffee. Excellent location and rooms were awesome. Really worth staying at this ashram. Thanks for staff and guru ji for helping us in all ways. Once again highly recommend place to stay

I’ve the Worst experience of a room service provider ever , there is ac with no remote , water is full mixed with dust and dirt particles ,no proper hygiene in the room , there is no minimal etiquette done in the room , please stay away if you are looking in to get this rooms via Pooja

We have been here to Punyashrama after our discussion with Raja Gopal Guruji to perform Narayana Bali Pooja. They've accommodated us in a AC deluxe twin bed room. And offered us the Brahmin Satwik meal thrice a day without any charges. The food tasted really good. The room is neat and clean. Under the guidance of Guruji, we have performed the pooja in gokarna and the group of Brahmins performed the ritual really well. I'm satisfied with the way the pooja had been performed.

We visited this ashrama and night stay plus meals were provided in the ashram itself morning the puja rituals started and the pandit is well versed and explained clearly the rituals and asked the departed souls in our generation and did the rituals after that tila homam in another place later kushmanda bali was given we were satisfied with the service of this puja🙏

ಮೊದಲನೇ ಬಾರಿ ನಾವು ಮಹಾಬಲಿ ಪೂಜಾ ಮಾಡಿಸಿದ್ದು ಇದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾವದೇ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಇಲ್ಲದಕಾರಣ ಗೋಕರ್ಣ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಿಸುವುದುಹೀಗೆ ಮಾಡಿಸುವುದುಮಾಹಿತಿ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲಾ ಆಗ ನಾನು ಹರಿವರ ಅನ್ನೋ ವೆಬ್ ಲಿಂಕ್ ಇಂದ ಪೂಜೆಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಬುಕ್ ಮಾಡಿದೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋದ ಗೊತ್ತಾಯಿತು ಒಳ್ಳೆ ರೀತಿಯೆಲ್ಲಿ ಪೂಜೆ ವಿಧಾನ ಮಾಡಿಸಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟರು ಹರಿವರ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಯವರು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಉಳಿದು ಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಕೊಠಡಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಚನ್ನಾಗಿತ್ತು ಹಾಗೇ ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಸ್ವಾಗತಕರಾರು ಹಾಗೂ ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳು ಕೂಡಾ ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಚನ್ನಾಗಿ ನೋಡ್ಕೊಂಡ್ರು ನನ್ನ ಹಾಗೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ತಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು

We have got our puja done earlier in October. The stay is very good, they serve very good sathwik bhojan (bfast, lunch and dinner).. we reached on Saturday evening and were given a room and concluded the day with dinner. They asked us to be ready by 8am next day and reach reception to know details about puja timing. We followed the time and were advised to reach the puja place, which is less than 1km, you have to go by auto there..The roads are very narrow and can't take car. We also bought the ghee, dhoti/pancha and thilam from them. The puja started at 9.30am and pandit ji was speaking telugu well. He was doing the puja for 3 set of people. He explained all vidhi vidhaan very well, step by step process. All doubts were cleared. It started with Ganapathi puja, then Narayan Bali and Thripinda Pradhan. This toom close to 2.5hr..after that a large group of pandit will come and do a small jap for 15mins. Once done, you will be guided to other spot in that shed only to perform Thila homam for 15-20mins. The puja was concluded in 3hrs.. there was a slight miscommunication about our Nagabali puja (which I informed in morning). The one taking our details there didn't write about this puja. It was done later but I think it was done in little shortcut mode. But the NarayanBali puja was excellent. Our family was very satisfied the way Pandit ji explained rituals and did puja for all departed souls.. after that we went to beach to do pind visarjan. It was advised to leave all out clothes there and wear new ones..since it was afternoon, the sand at the beach was too too hot and walking bare foot is very difficult. It is suggested to take set of clothes while going to beach (its walkable distance from the puja place). The temple closes by 12.30 or 1pm, hence we went to room, had our lunch and went to temple around 4.30pm. We took bath again while going to temple, it is also written on temple notice board that one has to take bath and visit temple, if they are coming after lunch. There are not much formalities after the puja, except to not eat nonveg for 3 days.. Overall, we had a very good experience in performing NarayanBali Puja, stay at Kshethram and temple Darshan.

Good accommodation with food and Pooja services.

We arrived on Saturday, a day before the closing day of pitrupaksha. So, a rush was expected. If you’re planning for next year, schedule accordingly at earlier dates to avoid any inconvenience. As all the rooms at the main ashramam were busy, we were given accommodation at another guest house, which was just few minutes away by walk. Coming to the food, at dinner, rice was not properly cooked, water glasses & steel bowls were not well cleaned, and the dining area was messy. Next afternoon, we were served same curries, i.e., repetition of items, as I was expecting something different to eat. However, our experience on the day of Pooja ceremony was excellent. So, my rating is for the food & accommodation only. The management should look into these issues for a better guest experience.

Review for the Hotel: Pros: Rooms are new. Cons: 1. Misleading Reviews: Google shows a 4.6 rating, but the experience does not match this score. Do not trust these reviews blindly. 2. Poor Water Quality: The water quality is extremely poor. Black water comes through the taps and bathroom fixtures. When I raised this concern, the staff dismissed it by saying, "This happens sometimes, and you need to adjust." It’s unreasonable to ask guests to compromise on such a basic necessity. 3. Bathroom Issues: The bathroom commode was not fixed properly and seemed like it could fall apart anytime, which is both unsafe and uncomfortable. 4. Room Drainage Problems: We were given two rooms, 105 and 106. Room 106 had a severe drainage issue, which the staff acknowledged. However, when questioned about why a damaged room was assigned, the response was shocking—“If you smell drainage, you should vacate the room.” Asking guests to vacate at midnight in an unfamiliar place is unreasonable and impractical. Families or individuals visiting this hotel must be prepared for such challenges and ready to demand solutions from the staff. 5. Unprofessional Staff Behavior: The receptionist’s behavior was unacceptable. Instead of resolving complaints, they prioritized guests who booked a Pooja package and ignored others. Worse, when confronted with room issues, the receptionist suggested we "choose another hotel" rather than addressing the problems—a response that reflects poor customer service and a lack of professionalism. Overall: Problems can arise anywhere, but the real test is how staff handle complaints. Here, the staff fails to provide solutions and instead dismiss guests' concerns. Individuals and families considering this hotel should keep these points in mind and be prepared to assert their rights for a better stay experience.

An excellent place to get poojas done.. great rooms to stay with wonderful food... All the purohiths are extremely experienced and well behaved. Guruji of the ashrama is another wonderful hearted person.... Thank you for the extremely excellent service and pooja. The clothes and the things in the pooja were of a high quality and did not compromise on any things.... 🙏♥️
