I ordered the Apni Indian Thali from through the Careem app. The delivery was on time, which I appreciate, and the food quality was just about okay. Nothing stood out as exceptional. However, the quantity was disappointing. The portion of rice was very less, and overall, considering the quantity provided, the price felt quite high and not justified. On top of that, the sweet dish, which is clearly part of the thali, was missing. I called the restaurant to inform them, and they accepted that it was their mistake. They said they would compensate for it in my next order. Honestly, this response felt unprofessional. There is no proper way for a customer to keep track of such promises, and the responsibility for the restaurant’s mistake should not be pushed onto the customer. Based on this experience, I am totally disappointed. For the price charged, I expected better portion sizes, accuracy, and overall professionalism.
