Unpleasant experience: We made a purchase within just 10 minutes; however, the staff—especially Mr. Peter—was extremely arrogant. He repeatedly denied any form of delivery support or assistance for fresh pieces. Only after a large bill amount was finalized did they reluctantly agree to arrange delivery. The delivery arrived very late. The delivery person insisted on signing papers but refused to remove his shoes before entering the house. The delivery was delayed significantly and caused unnecessary noise in the building on a Sunday evening. When I tried calling the store to address these issues, Mr. Peter repeatedly cut my calls and refused to respond. Overall, this is a very arrogant setup with poor customer service. Additionally, some of the pieces delivered were not up to the mark and had visible scratches. Thanks

Overall, I'm highly satisfied with my shopping experience and would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Products are good but the discount signs and everything are too misleading. They have written flat 30 off yet not giving us the discounts. On top of that they didn’t even have their brand carry bag to give and expected us to buy the things which is supposed to be a gift for someone in a cheap brown paper bag. Utterly disappointing.
