I had a fantastic experience at this clinic and cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I walked in, Mary at the reception was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and efficient, making the entire check-in process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Shareena is truly exceptional. Her expertise and professional approach put me at ease immediately. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and ensures that you are comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The service is top-notch, and the clinic itself is immaculate, modern, and very well-maintained.

I initially had a very disappointing Hydrafacial experience at this center. The reception was not welcoming, and during the session, there were interruptions that felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. The treatment itself did not meet basic standards, especially when it came to proper cleansing and preparation of the skin. However, after sharing my feedback, the clinic manager personally reached out with a sincere and professional apology. They handled the situation very well and offered me a complimentary facial as compensation. I decided to give them another chance, and I’m glad I did. The second experience was significantly better — much more professional, attentive, and aligned with the standards I expected. I truly appreciate how they took responsibility and worked to correct the experience. It made a big difference, and I left feeling satisfied.

Amazing staff and great with their communication. Dr. Neethu is great and does her job soo well. Always communicates soo well and explains procedures and gives you different options. She's been with me through the whole brace adjustments and addressed any concerns I've had. Her and the doctors assistants have treated me so well. Professional and friendly in all ways, and always ready to answer questions and give suggestions on best possible options.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Shanahas. From the very first visit, he took the time to truly listen to my concerns and clearly explained the entire treatment plan in a way that made me feel confident and reassured. What really stood out is that he wasn’t even the doctor who initially installed my braces, yet he was able to quickly identify the issues and get my treatment back on track. After the installation, my teeth were previously moving in the wrong direction, my alignment was off, and my main concerns were never properly addressed. Alhamdulillah, after seeing him, everything has completely turned around. My teeth are now moving correctly, the process feels smooth, and all the gaps in my upper teeth have finally closed. 5star for my laser hair technician Shiela very nice person and she did very well done job, just the only problem there is the room temperature is so hot the AC is not much cold which is we need to use Fan but still came hot, So pls kindly fix your AC there or change the room so for our next session will be more better.
