PureGym Sl Barsha is a great gym , going there before work around 4am each time is great as there aren't many people there and is perfect to zone out and get on with my sessions, the place is nice and clean, plenty of machines , free weights and is a lot cheaper than most gyms. Although I haven't been there at peak times I would strongly recommend it , it has many benefits with the plus subscription including bring a friend 4 times a month

I enrolled in PureGym two days ago; however, I am currently facing an issue accessing the gym facilities. I have already contacted your WhatsApp support agents twice regarding this matter. Although solutions were provided, the issue still has not been resolved, and I am unable to access the gym. I kindly request your immediate support in resolving this issue as soon as possible so I can begin using the membership I have already paid for.

Wonderful gym in Dubai. Facilities are clean and well kept, lots of variety in gym equipment, large space with ladies only section also. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Dennis particularly stood out - his attention to detail and his customer focus made this experience an 11/10. He was great, highly recommend this gym

I’ve been going to Pure Gym in Barsha and overall the gym itself is okay, but I want to highlight an issue that has been very inconvenient. If you’re someone who plans to work out in the morning and shower at the gym before heading to work, I wouldn’t recommend relying on the showers right now. For the past three days, the shower water has been extremely hot — not just warm, but steaming hot. It’s impossible to properly shower or even wash your hair. Even when adjusting the temperature all the way to the blue/cold side, the water is still very hot. I also tried changing to different shower rooms, but all of them had the same problem. Other than this issue, the gym is okay, but having the showers unusable for three straight days is really inconvenient for members who depend on the facilities after their workout. I hope management fixes this soon.

I’m really impressed with this gym — great facilities, affordable rates, and friendly staff. Special thanks to Coach Dennis for guiding me through registration and explaining Boditrack clearly. He even offered free coaching sessions during my visits. Warm people, motivating environment, and truly great value for money. Highly recommended!

I paid 199 AED for a monthly membership plus 89 AED to join the gym. For the second day, I still cannot access the gym or book any classes because my account has not been activated, even though the payment has already been made and the membership period has started. Time is passing, but support only keeps telling me to wait and that the account will be activated “soon,” without giving any specific timeframe. This level of service is unacceptable. I need my membership activated immediately or confirmation that my membership period will start from the activation date, not the payment date.

I had a great experience at this gym. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and complete with everything you need for a good workout. The environment is motivating and comfortable, making it easy to stay consistent and enjoy training. Special thanks to Coach Joan, who is very professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. She takes time to guide, encourage, and correct form, making every session effective and safe. You can really feel her passion for helping clients improve and reach their fitness goals. Puregym is new, tidy, equipments are well situated. And girls have their own space! Also Dennis is very accommodating, likes to talk, and makes us feel welcome always. Also would like to commend our Pilates coach, Bushra!

First time I enrolled in a gym and I did not regret it! The coaches are very welcoming and friendly. They have a lot of classes which you can attend. And they are open 24/7. It’s very accessible as there is a bus stop close to the gym. Also, the gym is very clean and it smells good. There is also separate area for ladies. And the gym is spacious. Thank you, coaches! There are many times I want to give up but then you guys are encouraging me. Especially to coach Jay, coach Carlo, coach Dennis, coach Anna, coach Arby, and coach Ons.

I recently joined PureGym Barsha and I’m really happy with my experience so far. The gym is clean and spacious with enough cardio and strength equipment. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially for beginners like me who are still figuring out the machines. The atmosphere feels safe and motivating. Membership is reasonably priced compared to other gyms in the area, and I feel it offers good value for money. Overall, I’d recommend this gym to anyone looking for a well-maintained, beginner-friendly place to work out.

I tried many times to cancel my membership, but there is no proper support on the app, and the team didn’t help or assist me with the cancellation process. I’ve had the membership for 6 months, but I only used it for the first 3 months. The last 3 months I didn’t use it at all. When I asked to cancel, they made the process very complicated, and even the staff didn’t seem to know how to handle it. Because of this experience, I will never come back and I do not recommend them.

From the beginning of my membership, I faced unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from some staff members, including raising their voices and shouting at customers, which is not appropriate in any professional environment. The most serious issue was the repeated entry of men into the women’s section. When I raised concerns or objected, the responses were rude and dismissive, making it seem as if I was at fault for requesting basic privacy. This caused me significant discomfort and made me feel unsafe while using the gym. There were also serious cleanliness issues. I repeatedly noticed insects, especially flies and cockroaches, which is unacceptable for a gym that should provide a clean, healthy, and safe environment. Additionally, when problems occurred, there was a complete lack of support or assistance from staff. On several occasions, the entrance gate was not working, and despite having an active membership, I was unable to enter and had to return home without training. No staff members were available to resolve the issue or even offer an apology. Even the staff members who are supposed to be responsible and professional treated me with disrespect, indifference, and a lack of basic courtesy, which made the overall experience extremely unpleasant. I also experienced neglect and poor treatment when trying to raise concerns, which caused unnecessary stress and left me feeling disrespected as a paying customer. Based on all of the above, I rate PureGym 0 out of 5. It was a complete waste of time and money. I have canceled all my memberships and would not recommend this gym to anyone.

Had my first high-intensity session with Coach Dennise today, even though I’ve been at the gym for a while now, and honestly, I should’ve trained with him sooner seriously.. He explains everything. Not just what to do, but why you’re doing it. Form, tension, positioning, he catches the small details you normally ignore. Now the warning: he will absolutely rip you to pieces. No shortcuts. No half reps. No ego lifting. He pushes hard and expects you to show up properly. It’s intense, it’s uncomfortable, and it’s very real but.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! 💪😤

PureGym Al Barsha is one of the best gyms in Dubai The facilities are always clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is super motivating. It’s the perfect place for beginners. Thanks to Adrianna best employee there. She’s always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything Her positive energy makes every visit better, and she genuinely cares about the members.

I love coming here and found this gym to be one of the best in Dubai. Dennis was really helpful and understand with everything I needed. Would definitely recommend for everyone and every training style!
